Called to see if there were walk-ins, the lady on the phone was hard to understand as if she had something in her mouth or an injury. Beyond the difficulty hearing she had little to no customer service and was rude. We'll see how the appointment goes...I was told to be there at 730am. They don't open until 8 am, and they turn off their phone. It just doesn't go through, no answering machine, just a dropped call. So unprofessional. Their customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time. They want to sell you a bunch of add ons but don't help you and then instead of explaining, they just tell you to select yes or no. So unprofessional it's dangerous. Unneeded procedures or drugs endanger your pet. An informed decision is standard. They are dangerous. I do not recommend this pet hospital. I have used other Banfields with no issue. This one concerns me.

Terrible customer service. Staff is overwhelmed, stressed and not helpful. Not recommended. Ridiculously long wait times.

I have visited several vet clinics because my cat suffers from allergies, and the medication they prescribed him has not worked. Fortunately, some friends recommended Banfield to me, and after visiting Dr. Carrero and getting the medications she prescribed him, I have noticed better results. Additionally, Banfield has a friendly staff, the services they provide are great and the prices for exams and medications are awesome. I'm so happy to have a plan for my Cat at Banfield Pet Hospital.

This hospital is the worst that I found in the area. I tried to schedule an appointment for my two dogs during the last three months and they have been changing and canceling the appointment. When I showed up two times for my dog’s appointment, they canceled or changed it without notifying me.They do not care about people’s time and availability. They are not reliable.

I love how attentive and loving the staff is with my dog they treated with respect, and I always feel good about dropping him off, knowing that he will be taking good care of

Made an appointment and when I show up for my appointment it was moved without notifying. I set another appointment for a different date with a supervisor and the appointment yet again has been moved without telling me or giving me a call.

Being able to speak with a vet is almost impossible unless they call you first. Heck, being able to speak with anyone is hard. I've called five times this morning because my dog isn't eating. Their phone rang once, got silent and hung up on me. Phone service is a minimum requirement for a doctors office. Minimum.

I came to take my boyfriend dog Nina to get shots and ever since she got them everything went down hill and the vet was rude and took me as a joke and kept seeming like i was dumb which i found very rude . The staff was nice but never knew anything

We started taking our puppies to Banfield in 2020 and signed up for their annual plan. Even with covid restrictions, we only ever had minor issues in any capacity. During summer 2021, Banfield has routinely scheduled our appointments incorrectly and have not been able to really help or even take responsibility. Today, we took our dogs in for a visit that was scheduled on 10/10 with confirmation and arrived to find that there was no appointment in their record. The person at the desk was unable to correct this issue and could only offer another appointment on Friday 10/21. No attempt to make it right, no responsibility from the staff member that messed up the appointment, and simply said that she was the manager and that there was nothing else she could do. Extremely disappointed, especially since Banfield will not make this right other than to offer termination of our annual plan with additional fees. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

The only option for the annual checkup was a drop-off. My 13.5 years old dog had to spend 7 (!!) hours alone, stressed and thirsty. We never got a call that he was ready for pickup. When we got him, 15 min before the place closed the business, we realized that his nails were not trimmed although we asked for it. The dog spent 7 hours just for the annual checkup! Terrible service! No information, no communication, no flexibility! We were loyal customers since 2015, and we are shocked by the drop in the quality of this place! StY away from them!!!!

Dr. Roberts is my favorite vet- she’s great with my cat and really pays attention to the little things when it comes patient care and history.

My dog has seasonal and food allergies. Changing to Banfield and reducing her meds has had very positive effects. At 7.5 yrs old I thought she was getting old. She was over medicated. I have my perky, funny, mischievous, active dog back!
