“I brought my ID4 for a bumper replacement after the hit and run accident. Florencia shop owner was very helpful to repair my vehicle to the original state. She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement. Overall great service!”
