“Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”
“Best car wash experience I've ever had. It's obviously pricier than a normal car wash, but my small SUV (Mazda CX5) was cleaner than when I bought it originally. Service was quality too, texting me updates on when I could pick it up. If you want to COMPLETELY clean the interior (and exterior, but I mostly cared about the inside), this is the place.”

Kimberly provided outstanding customer service as she was very professional, knowledgeable about every step of the process and kept me informed the entire time.
The team completed the job in just one day and the results were exceptional. The paint was fully polished and corrected before the PPF was applied with absolute precision with no visible seams, edges or bubbles. The ceramic tint not only looks fantastic but also makes a noticeable difference in keeping the cabin cooler during the summer heat. “The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”

The team at Total Recon did an amazing job restoring my car's body. It looks as good as new, and they even cleaned the interior. “I am a repeat customer for very good reasons! This particular Maaco was recommended to me by another AWESOME establishment located not 5 minutes from Maaco - Gaithersburg! In 2017, this Maaco fabulously took care of body work then beautifully painted my vintage car (‘85 Chrysler LeBaron). I loved the work, customer service, pricing, and appreciated their expertise!!! Despite the fact that I now live in Central VA, some 107 MILES southeast of this awesome establishment, when my vintage car sustained damage to the driver door, I knew I wanted Maaco - Gaithersburg to restore it to its former beauty! It never mattered to me that I live within 10 miles of 2 Maaco establishments. My husband and I made the 107 mile trek happily to Maaco in Gaithersburg, MD! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the same excellent level of customer service, reasonable pricing and phenomenal restoration work! The work was completed on time as promised, in excellent condition and I was super pleased overall! Maaco performed body work then repainted my car and “she” looks as beautiful today as she did when they performed restorative work in 2017! Thanks for your commitment to excellence! I am definitely going to patronize this same establishment again!”
