AllBrand addressed a battery issue that had me scratching my head for weeks. They were very busy with customers, but Gary took a look at my vehicle the same day anyway. He assessed it and had it back to me the next day. He explained exactly what he did and my vehicle has been fine ever since. Excellent customer service, price, and outstanding professionalism. Allbrand Auto Service has the best auto mechanics I've ever worked with. They're extremely knowledgeable, friendly and the price point is very good. We're longtime customers and have always been very satisfied with the work performed on our cars.

Thank you Gary. New to the state. Read probably over a hundred reviews to try to find a place for my MD state inspection. Read horror stories. Had about 3 lined up. Got an oil change down the street and by chance found this location. Everyone was super nice. The inspection was straight forward. Gary is a down to earth kind of guy. His son works there. Just has a feel of a family oriented business that wants to do good work and not screw people over.
Gary knows a lot about cars. Price for the inspection was reasonable.
Would come back. I appreciate your help

I've found my mechanic. Did all of my own car work all of my life. Car guys like me were still able to keep up with it until recently. My car's computer is now smarter than me.
Gary is a great mechanic and good at communication. I got a good deal on a big job. I'll be back.
