They had the plants I wanted! I got some great plants, albeit a bit pricier than a nursery. All were healthy, well cared for, and beautiful. I'm glad I stopped. They are the only nursery that had the exact plants I wanted.

First helped me at the register. Amazing smile, cheerful attitude. Very patient with me.She is one of those representatives who make you want to come back to purchase just anything! Or even just to just say hi!She needs to be the customer service trainer!

For many years, I drove past the store but rarely went there for my home needs. After a very disappointing and frustrating experience at another hardware store and an urgent need to find a couple of items for an ongoing plumbing project, I went to this store and I now will make this store my go to hardware store. Not only is it conveniently located from my home, the employees were very present and incredibly helpful. My experience here (3 over a course of 2 days) was the best. The staff who helped me exemplified the best of customer service. I can't say enough. I under appreciated this store for so long but after this week, I am the biggest fan. Thank you for helping me and not making me feel like an idiot and helpless.

We had a grill assembled and delivered by Strosniders in December and I was blown away by the customer service. The two gentlemen that came to the house were extremely friendly and kind. They explained some features of the grill and took care in bringing it off the truck and into the garage. They even brought a bonus bag of accessories as a gift from the store. The courtesy exemplified by these two individuals is enough to make me become a loyal customer!

Great place to go if you need advice. They have some old salts on staff. They don't have everything, but most everything. Beats Home Depot for advice, but not selection. I'm glad they are here.

This is my new favorite Strosniders. The staff is uniformly outstanding in my experience. They don't always know everything,but the absolutely always try and are always friendly. The hardware folks always seem up for a challenge and indulge my kluge problem solving. The lady in the outdoor plant section is brilliant. The cashiers are knowledgeable and helpful with the ACE app. The supply yard is well stocked and easy to load. It's well worth a couple of extra bucks and miles to go to the Kensington Strosniders.
