We just had 4 large rugs serviced at ABC Rug. The largest was cleaned and had a bit of repair. The fringe was trimmed and a matched dye was used to very carefully cover white dots that appeared over time from use. The three others were cleaned too. One rug had stains on the fringe. They all came back looking amazing. They were so easy to work with too. They came quickly to get them and returned them in 1 1/2 weeks. This was such a big job but it ended up being so easy to complete. I can't recommend them enough.

The first 4 photos are the rug that I wanted them to recreate the last two photos are the rug I received. The only difference I requested was that my rug would be flat-woven instead of plush for easy cleaning.

Outstanding customer service, beautiful rugs with so many colors and choices. The quality is so much more than you will find online. Kami took his time explaining the process of finely woven rugs, helped teach us about care and maintenance and made us feel at home.This is a business you will feel good supporting!And the product does not disappoint!

Our friends recommended ABC Rug Outlet to us very highly and they turned out to be totally right. We walked into the store and didn't have a very good idea of where to start other than "something modern-ish." Jose was amazing and a huge help to us in picking out a rug. He and his colleague patiently helped us flip through a bunch of options, laid out our favorites so we could visualize them in different lighting, and then also brought along the rug over to our place for a test run when we were worried that we had chosen one that was too large. They even dusted/cleaned up the room when they moved furniture and laid it out for us. Thanks to Jose for a friendly, relaxed experience when making such a big purchase. And on top of all that, our new rugs are both so beautiful and comfortable!

We could not be happier with the service we received from ABC Rug Outlet. They have a huge inventory of beautiful rugs and Jose quickly got a sense of our taste and what our needs were. He spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect rugs for each living area. ABC also installed a hand knotted runner on the stairs that required an artistic eye to piece together. Their prices were great and the owner, Kami, is very helpful and kind. There was zero pressure. You won’t go wrong with ABC Rug Outlet- ask for Jose!

our rugs were soiled by our late family pet who had problems when she was in declining health. easy pickup from our home, easy dropoff at our home AND the rugs were absolutely spotless. we will use them whenever we need a rug cleaned. there are not many places in our area we have found that provide '5 star' service, but ABC is definitely one who does.

Found ABC Rug Outlet strictly by luck! And Geez are we glad we did!! Was changing furniture and in market for a new look. Discovered ABC and was met by Jose and Kami in most impressive store. Huge selection of all types and styles. Jose took time to uncover mountains of rugs and was extremely patient. My wife found a couple of potentials and he offered to come to our home to actually try each in place. He actually brought a couple of other options which were even better match. He showed tremendous attention to detail and respected my wife's taste. Ended up buying two rugs with trade-ins on two others. Prices were extremely fair and customer service was 2nd to none. Can't recommend them and Jose enough! We'll definitely be back!!
