They were kind enough to look at my car and quickly identified that the thermo control valve was failing. There was no way they could fix it as their schedule was full and it was a holiday weekend. But they evaluated the integrity of the car to determine whether it was safe enough for me to make the 2-hour drive back home. They were very accommodating, they provided expert service, and eased my mind enough to get home. If I lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice!”
