This has to be the worst pharmacy. Between taking days to fill a common prescription to not notifying customer when there is an issue filling them, there are non-stop issues. 35 minutes on hold sitting in position 2 of the queue when calling them to resolve an issue is just poor time management of the employees. Highly recommend using a different option then this Wallgreen location.

Be prepared to sit on hold for over an hour every single time you call in. Which you should, since they rarely fill prescriptions called in on their automated service. Usually takes 2 or 3 actual visits to the store to get scripts filled plus a call. Awful, awful location.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up some oragel because I had some horrible tooth pain. NORMALLY it cost between $4-$5 for a tube. Today I was shocked that it was with tax over $12!!!! I’m furious because of this! But it was when I got home and opened the box to get the tube out and was just LIVID to see the tube is now HALF THE SIZE!!! I could NOT believe it! SO, your going to MORE than double the price and cut the amount in half??? I’m boycotting your company and splashing this on every social media platform I can find to WARN everyone about your products!! I’m also putting this on the Walgreens reviews, trust pilot etc. everyone I can find and I’ll never purchase anything that’s made and sold by you again!! You know what you can do with that extra $6-$8 you robbed me out of?? Think creative ok :( smh!

been on hold 41 minutes and counting to get a price for medication. I can hear her pick up the phone and put me back on hold. several times shes done this. at this point im going elsewhere but want to see how long this goes on. 43 minutes now.....

Awful. Simply awful pharmacy experience. Folks, consider going elsewhere to fill your prescriptions. Lazy and incompetent people work there.

I was in joppatowne Walgreens today I was assisted with Nina in the store as well as fill in pharmacist Emily. They were both very helpful to me in meeting my needs. However I was happy with customer service manager ally when i tried to inquire employment opportunities she brushed me off as going to website. Nina the caisher deserves a raise in my opinion

I went to go fill a prescription around 12:30 on a Saturday and there was no one in front of me upon arrival so I was the first person at the window. I gave them my information and they told me that they were working on “getting it ready” and I waited for literally 30 minutes just for the pharmacist to come to me and tell me “the systems down so come back tomorrow”. She didn’t care at all or act apologetic in any way, just overall terrible service altogether.

Worst pharmacy ever. Can't even get through on the phone. They don't know what they are doing. They said my prescription was out of stock then I got a message on the app saying it was ready.

Great staff and always have what I need. Pharmacy is helpful. Glad they get to go to lunch. Forget the people who can't wait. The "African"lady is very nice and always remembers me And my wife.

If i could i would give them a zero out of five. This location is EXTREMELY!!!! unprofessional. The African lady with a thick accent she is beyond ignorant. The two times i went to get my covid shot she was VERY rude and dry no communication, the second and LAST time i got my shot ( never going back) she was so beyond rude my appointment i have never experienced this anywhere. My appointment was at 12:50 i waited patiently, a lady was in front me, she was filling out her consent form, which she could have filled it out sitting down … not a problem. The African lady said hello i said hello … im here for the covid shot she just stared at me i said ooookay ill wait around the corner , no response. 1:20 comes around i said ma'am may i please just have the form to fill out she then says the pharmacist is printing out a copy, i said okay. 1:30 comes i said is the form ready she told me be patient i said excuse me what did you say ma’am ??? She said “ be . …. Patient. Just like that in a sarcastic rude tone. I said ma’am i am patient i’ve been waiting since 12:50 its now 1:30, she said HERE and gave me the form then closed the gates to the pharmacy for lunch. Finally someone brought me back around 1:45… i will never come back to this establishment. Not everyone is terrible there is a few hard workers with amazing customer service but this lady does NOT have any sense of any respect. They are very disorganized absolutely no communication, then the pharmacist insisted i didn’t have an appointment that day i said i can show you the email she said no it’s fine… zero out of five matter face -5 out of 5.

the pharmacy and the employees that work in there are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they are very rude and they never have anything ready on time. i went for my vaccine and they left for break without saying a word then told me i need to be patient… worst walgreens around

Went there and they told me I could not use cash, only card. Would not even let me give them a 10 for something that cost 8.28. Super sketchy, for sure.
