The pharmacy department on 9-26-24 completely lacked competency to successfully do their job!
The importance of providing care to customers who are in need of medications should never be overlooked or dismissed until closing time, to tell a customer who had been waiting for over 2 hours to be told “we’re closing I can’t help you tonight” . Horrible customer service! I write this review for all others in hopes this never happens again!

I had to pick up 2 prescriprions, a topical and a liquid for a child. I was told that only one was ready, have a seat. I asked the young lady what antibiotic was orderded she said "I don't know, I can't pronouce it. It starts with a S". After waiting for quite a while, she called me up had a bag ready, I opened it to see what the medication was and saw no topical. I said that one Rx was missing, she said no that is all there is. I told her that she previously said only one was ready, so where is the other? She asked another person and then said have a seat she needs to relable the tube????? I waited, paid them, and left. After returning home I took the bottle of lquid antibiotic out and it was only half the Rx, would have to go back to get the rest AND the directions said to give 18.7 ml the the child. WHY would a pharmacist who has studied how to reconstitute liquid meds, give a reconstituted product to administer 18.7 mls?? This is a great way for a child to get inaccurate doses of an antibiotic! Mathematic computations of reconstitution should be a no brainer for a pharmacist!!! Makes me wonder ....
Very poor service. Very poor knowledge base. Very poor customer service skills..

They are never open. My doctor called a prescription in last night. The hours are supposed to be 9-6 today. I went to pick up my antibiotic and they were closed. No sign, no post, just completely shut down. When they are open there never seems to be enough people working. My prescription is never ready when I go in. Last time I went to pick up my prescription it had been called in for 2 days and I was told it's not ready yet and I had to wait 40 minutes for it. They are super unorganized, never know what's going on, never enough people working, and sometimes just don't open. Take your prescriptions somewhere else!

This location has become the worst pharmacy I can imagine. I waited over a month for my prescription to be filled. After realizing that I hadn’t heard anything, I called and was told it was ready. Weird since I never got a call about it or was notified via the service. After arriving, I was told that I was not able to get my prescription since my doctor wrote me a prescription for 5 mg instead of 2.5mg. I notified the pharmacist I was on this medication previously and the doctor authorized me to start on a higher dosage. He disagreed and told me I would not be able to get it, even though I waited a month and was not told that when I dropped off my prescription. So after waiting a month I have to start over again and was NEVER even given an apology. This is beyond horrible and I now realize it’s time to take my family’s business elsewhere. Truly horrible customer service and a horribly run business with no empathy. I’m trying to get a medication for diabetes, not some narcotic.

The bathrooms are horrendous! Pharmacy never keeps the vaccination appointment time always get your shots an hour after your appointment time so be mindful of that

The hours constantly change and never match what is online or posted on the door. The pharmacy is always messing up prescriptions and taking days for them to be filled. Terrible customer service. This location is terrible 0/5 stars.

The cashier was so kind. I was having a hard day, and I looked awful. Out of the blue, she greeted me with such happy energy, and she told me I was beautiful. It was like God had her on assignment and definitely allowed him to use her.

this pharmacy/store isn’t really all that bad. my mom and i go here a lot. unfortunately they are very understaffed, which may be the reason why they get rated so low or poorly. sometimes there’s even only one person working at the actual pharmacy. it’s kinda sad tbh :(

I woild gove cero star if possible. I paid cash for a product and because they did not have change they waned me to (donate) my money him is that an option because I said no he told me to go to another store the manager and employee did not care about my need for the product. 0 star

This has to be the worst pharmacy. Between taking days to fill a common prescription to not notifying customer when there is an issue filling them, there are non-stop issues. 35 minutes on hold sitting in position 2 of the queue when calling them to resolve an issue is just poor time management of the employees. Highly recommend using a different option then this Wallgreen location.

Be prepared to sit on hold for over an hour every single time you call in. Which you should, since they rarely fill prescriptions called in on their automated service. Usually takes 2 or 3 actual visits to the store to get scripts filled plus a call. Awful, awful location.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up some oragel because I had some horrible tooth pain. NORMALLY it cost between $4-$5 for a tube. Today I was shocked that it was with tax over $12!!!! I’m furious because of this! But it was when I got home and opened the box to get the tube out and was just LIVID to see the tube is now HALF THE SIZE!!! I could NOT believe it! SO, your going to MORE than double the price and cut the amount in half??? I’m boycotting your company and splashing this on every social media platform I can find to WARN everyone about your products!! I’m also putting this on the Walgreens reviews, trust pilot etc. everyone I can find and I’ll never purchase anything that’s made and sold by you again!! You know what you can do with that extra $6-$8 you robbed me out of?? Think creative ok :( smh!
