Calming ambiance and the “drop off and pick up” helps so I don’t have to wait when they need thorough examinations and intervention.The Veterinarians are kind , and provide great education during discharge. The techs clearly love animals and are gentle and show concern. The secretaries are pleasant as well.I’m a registered nurse in an emergency room so this means a lot to me. It’s worth the long drive. I’ve been coming for years. ❤️?”

“I had to bring in my 17 year old Brat terrier for a " quality of life" discussion, which had to be the hardest decision I have ever made in my entire life. The staff there was so understanding and compassionate throughout the entire visit, and when it came time, they explained in detail the steps of the process and what to expect up until the end. They allowed my father and I to remain in the room for as long as we needed after the process was complete. They were so caring, and supportive as they understood how hard it was to make such a difficult decision, the compassion everyone in that clinic had made me feel a bit more at ease in such an extremely heartbreaking moment. I am truly grateful to everyone in that office.”
“I called on a Sunday to get my dog in that was yelping in pain. They made me an appointment for later that day. We were there for about 45 minutes, bloodwork was done in office and he was prescribed meds that they filled on the spot. I am so grateful they were able to get us in same day, and out so quickly. Jet is acting like himself again :)”

“My pets have been seeing Dr. Schulmeyer for about 2 years now. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want him to get too busy! He is great. It’s hard to find a vet that is not a “know it all”. He doesn’t try hard to upswell his vet products like other vets do. When he sees my dogs Gus and Biscuit he really comes off as caring to them. A lot of vets have robotic personalities, not him or anybody on his team. Additionally, all his employees and/or techs are awesome. They are efficient and do a great job at what they do. It means a lot when somebody says “I am not sure, let me confirm” instead of doing a confident guess.Overall, I have been to a few different vets, but I am here to stay and I do want everyone to know how great this office is.Thanks!”
“Highly recommend! We ended up here in the middle of the night on Saturday with our dog for an allergic reaction. They were able to accommodate us quickly and treated our dog quickly. Everyone there is very kind and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I hope we don’t have to come back but we definitely will if we have another emergency!”

“My cat has been a patient of Dr. Weber’s for 3 years and we have had a pleasant experience every time. Today we experienced an emergency and was able to be seen same day. Dr. Williams and staff were super patient with my anxious Cuddles and he is home and on the way to recovery. We are so grateful for Warm and Fuzzy staff. Happy Holidays!”

“I've been going here for years, and have been seeing Dr. Mark Wright maybe since the late '90's or early 2000's (I can't recall) but it's been a long time. Dr. Mark took great care of my dobermans, and our Chessies.We recently had our boy Grizz in because something was very wrong (I assumed he hurt his back from a jump, but his gums were white too). We called on a Mon morning as soon as they opened, and they got us in about an hour later, and for that I'm forever grateful. I'd never met Dr. Moffa, and could tell that he was experienced in what he does as a veterinarian. He examined Grizz, took the x-ray, and shared his findings which weren't good. Fearing the worst (but remaining hopeful) he sent us to the ER in Bel Air. Unfortunately for us, Grizz laid in my arms and crossed the Rainbow Bridge that day. Dr. Moffa called me later that morning, to offer condolences. He was genuinely sorry, from one human to another, and I just think that is something wonderful. Thank you Dr. Moffa for your kindness and empathy at such a difficult time.We even received a sympathy card from the team at Edgewood Vet Hospital. These little things mean so much. Thank you all.”
“Great atmosphere. The clinic was clean. Everyone was polite and eager to help. My cat Sprinkles is sick and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Dr. Travis accessed Sprinkles and he was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I can tell that he genuinely loves animals. I appreciate the fact that he gave us realistic options for caring for her and I could tell that he was speaking from the heart. His assistant was great with Sprinkles and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals as well. I had a great first experience and will be returning.”

“Chadwell Animal Hospital is TOP NOTCHED! I've been taking ALL my furbabies (total of 5, so far, over time) since beginning of 2011. Dr. Ruby Schaupp is my preferred vet but if she's not available, I then chose Dr. Gold! Both are fantastic! Dr. Schaupp is so very patient, so personable and truly cares for each of her furbaby patients. She explains everything to me and answers all my silly questions, and honestly too. CAH has had the sad job of putting down two of my beloved furbabies in the past. They do this with compassion and care, and gave me enough time with my beloved furbaby (ies). Bravo Dr. Schaupp and Dr. Gold! THANK YOU SO EVER SO MUCH!”

“Words can’t describe how amazingDr Mclaughlin is . Dr Mclaughlin Took over our dog Rambo little over little over 3 years ago and she has changed our lives and our dogs life for the better in ways we thought could never be done.Her knowledge ,compassion, and professionalism is above anything other which is why i am writing this review. I will not go into detail of our dog(Rambos) issues however lets just say having a rescue with severe anxiety to the point where it affects his health and our entire family…… you eventually hit rock bottom. She constructed a plan to better his quality of life which has now bettered ours. I want to point out that the even with the comprehensive visits and his dental cleanings, she is top notch. Banfield is lucky to have her and we are blessed to have Dr Mclaughlin.”
