After moving, I had not established a new vet. My dog had two different emergencies with a broken nail and an eye infection in less than a month. On both occasions, they were able to fit me in the same day. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and the Vets were equally as knowledgeable. “We love Dr. S! We started using him when adopted our cat about two years ago. She came to us with a flea problem so I was looking for a place that could see her quickly and they saw us within a day of me calling. We ended up with a second cat so of course, we also started to bring her to Dr. S and he’s been so thorough and attentive with both of them. Both cats, one 8 and one 16, are so different and have had very different problems but they have made an effort to get to the bottom of every one. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

“Wow what a great compassionate and honest place. Everyone from the girls in the front office to the doctors are just amazing! My dog actually loves going to the vet. Frankie had a growth on the side of his mouth that was growing so we went to have it looked at and because it had grown we agreed at that time that the best course of action was to have it removed and tested. Well the day of the surgery came and we went in bright and early. Doctor Mark (the surgeon) was there and took a look at it. I told the doctor that it I believed it had gotten smaller and it had developed a scab. The girl at the front desk confirmed my suspicion as she had seen it larger in the last visit. Doctor Mark said that it might not need to be removed especially since it had gotten smaller. He told me to take Frankie home and wait a week to see what would happen. He thought it might just go away and yes, that is what happened, it did go away. I called today to say thank you and they were as happy as I was that there was no need for surgery. I highly recommend Edgewood Veterinary Hospital.”

“Great atmosphere. The clinic was clean. Everyone was polite and eager to help. My cat Sprinkles is sick and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Dr. Travis accessed Sprinkles and he was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I can tell that he genuinely loves animals. I appreciate the fact that he gave us realistic options for caring for her and I could tell that he was speaking from the heart. His assistant was great with Sprinkles and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals as well. I had a great first experience and will be returning.”
“I called on a Sunday to get my dog in that was yelping in pain. They made me an appointment for later that day. We were there for about 45 minutes, bloodwork was done in office and he was prescribed meds that they filled on the spot. I am so grateful they were able to get us in same day, and out so quickly. “My Dane had an appt for seizures so we can get him on a proper medication etc. well we went in, got on the scale and just as he turned to step off I told Kennedy “he’s having a seizure” she immediately went and told the staff, they ran out helped me “control” the seizure. Kennedy jumped over that counter like Wonder Woman handed a syringe to another person and stuck my boy. It happened so fast and the team/vet was on top of it!! Did about 80% of the exam in the lobby because of the seizure he had. Then we moved into a room and were able to finish the exam appropriately. The team there loves my boys and treats both of my Great Danes great that my boys love coming to the vet…..sometimes.”
“I just want to say that I just had to put down my best friend of 12yrs, and it hurts really bad! ?. Banfield was awesome during the entire process. I want to think the whole Banfield staff for the love, support and caring they showed Seabiscuit during his final hours of life, there are not enough thank yous that I can post to show how I really feel.
Secondly, I really want to thank Dr McLaughlin who was his main vet for his whole life, she couldn't have been more perfect for this situation, this being one of the toughest days of me and my wife's life. This woman was good sent, impressive and I'm just so grateful with how we were treated and the love they had for Seabiscuit.
Thank you all so very much! It will never be forgotten, and if we so happen to get another family member, we will be back for the world class care that was given to us.
