“I had a wonderful experience when I took my cat to Dr Prange. She worked so well with my cat Vladi, she's like a cat whisperer. She was very thorough and informative. She helped me understand what is going on with him. The technician was wonderful and asked pertinent questions about him and was so gentle. They reallly go the extra mile and care. I would highly recommend them.”

His intelligence and attractiveness is unmatched. He did a thorough physical exam to both of my animals, I’m not sure who enjoyed it more.. Freddy or Carl.

“Just wanted to publicly share how wonderful Dr. Doherty and his staff are. Recently our pug Lenny went through a terrible ordeal. He had an extreme allergic reaction to something which caused him to get very sick and experience a systemic reaction affecting his skin, his appetite and his overall well being. Dr. Doherty was so compassionate and so extremely thorough and even after visiting the ER on a Saturday night, Dr. D was the only Dr. able to provide our beloved Lenny relief. I don't know if Lenny's condition was potentially fatal but I think it was since his labs were a mess and he had stopped eating. In my heart and mind Dr. D saved Lenny's life. I'm forever grateful!! ?”
“I cannot praise this vet clinic enough! I recently lost my cat, Zoey, and they went above and beyond for my family. They worked with me to make my care plan affordable and also made her last moments so comfortable and supportive. Such kind souls. They took extra paw prints for my daughters and mailed them to us with a sympathy card. In a time of such grief, they helped ease the pain. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I highly recommend! Thank you all for everything.”
“Everything I’ve looked for in a vet. It’s easy to get an appointment at nearly any time. They are fast and efficient. They really, truly care about my pets. They are reasonably priced. They aren’t only out to line their pockets like some other vets. I’ve liked every single vet and tech I’ve worked with. The beauty of Chadwell is that they have a large enough staff that if you’re not comfortable with one vet, there are several others to choose from. I shopped for quite a while to find a vet I was comfortable with. They are amazing in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!”

“My Pitbull mix Jax has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. All the vets are great and knowledgeable. Jax is a big boy with a ton of energy. The vets at EMRVC treat Jax as if they owned him. When I inform them of hand signals and words I use to get him to stop, sit or lay. They take the time to learn and utilize the information to help make the visit the best it can be for both Jax and the staff.”

“We love Dr. S! We started using him when adopted our cat about two years ago. She came to us with a flea problem so I was looking for a place that could see her quickly and they saw us within a day of me calling. We ended up with a second cat so of course, we also started to bring her to Dr. S and he’s been so thorough and attentive with both of them. Both cats, one 8 and one 16, are so different and have had very different problems but they have made an effort to get to the bottom of every one. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

“Ok, this review will be on the overall Veterinary hospital. Unfortunately the vet we've been seeing for more than 30 years is now semi-retired?! I was told that when I asked about Dr. Zulty. I can't fault him for that, I just prefer him as our pets vet and not getting a different one each time I have to take a pet there. Dr. Zulty was with me both times my elderly dogs passed away. That said here is the review for this visit. I rescued a kitten with my son and a friend from her work. I was immediately drawn to one particular kitten who was covered with black greasy substance and infested with fleas and extremely weak and tiny. He needed someone to just help him and love him like he deserves. After getting him home we immediately bathed him with cat shampoo which killed the fleas and eggs. We got lucky! I called the vets in the morning to ask if I could bring him in to have him checked by the vet & any shots.. I was able to get an appointment that day. Kudos!! I took him into the vets and it wasn't busy so I was called back in less than 5 minutes! Another positive! I'm on a roll with this visit lol. I put the carrier on the metal table and he came out and dead fleas fell off him so they asked if he was given something for fleas. I told them no, just bathed him in lavender mint cat shampoo and it killed all the fleas. They couldn't believe it but confirmed he had no live fleas and they treated him anyway with monthly flea/tick prevention. They took him to the back to do the exam and temp, weight etc. This is the reason for the 4/5. I prefer the vets examine my pet in my presence and do what they need to in the room with me there. Also bc I won't get to see Dr. Zulty. Now the vet came in holding our little guy and said he weighed .4lb, and approx 4-5weeks old. I knew he was young but thought he was probably the runt. The vet I saw was very nice and she explained everything to me and answered my questions about a few things. Overall a good experience. He had an eye infection which went away with prescription drops. She said she would give me a few oral syringes to feed him kitten replacement milk by hand every few hours. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful as well. The only thing that took longer than expected was waiting to pay the bill. I should mention that before they do anything to your pet they will ask you if you are ok with it and the prices. Overall I totally recommend this place for all your pets! Cleanliness 5/5 Handicap accessible 5/5 Prices $$$ Staff at front desk 5/5 Vet tech 5/5 Vet herself-5/5”

And explain it to you very thoroughly and what procedures you need to take or do to get your dog or cat healthy again they also call you to remind you when your pet is due to get there shots again the staff is also awesome and very helpful I wouldn't even think about taking my dog to any other vet hands down this place is the best and I thank them for there professalism and compassion and courtesy thank you to the whole staff for everything you did to save my dog”

“I just want to say that I just had to put down my best friend of 12yrs, and it hurts really bad! ?. Banfield was awesome during the entire process. I want to think the whole Banfield staff for the love, support and caring they showed Seabiscuit during his final hours of life, there are not enough thank yous that I can post to show how I really feel.
Secondly, I really want to thank Dr McLaughlin who was his main vet for his whole life, she couldn't have been more perfect for this situation, this being one of the toughest days of me and my wife's life. This woman was good sent, impressive and I'm just so grateful with how we were treated and the love they had for Seabiscuit.
Thank you all so very much! It will never be forgotten, and if we so happen to get another family member, we will be back for the world class care that was given to us.
