“The free yard sale and Ms Mary Kay are amazing she runs the food pantry and is as sweet as can be. Amazing community service at this church and I've never attended they still serve with there full heart it's touching this day and age so genuine!”
“They are organized, secure, and caring, with a world-class staff that gets to know everyone personally. Our child has grown immensely under their development program. We know they are in good hands and couldn’t be more pleased!”
“TLE is amazing! It is like a family at this location, the curriculum centers around opportunities for working parents to actually engage with their child thru take home activities, workbooks, and daily communication. Highly recommend this center”
“Teachers and staff at the Goddard School are outstanding. From the 1st day we came to tour the facilities. They took time to explain everything in detail and made a great first impression. They had so much patience with us as first time parents utilizing childcare. We were very nervous, unsure of how our son would adjust to being in school and how our family would be treated by teachers and staff. However, very early, staff reassured us that we could call anytime to check in on him and they were always friendly and polite when we did.I am so pleased with how Ms. Maria and Ms Sierra cared for and taught our son. They were never bothered by my calls “just to check in”. They worked with us when we realized that nap time was an issue for our son and they were so accommodating. They took command of a classroom of over 20 kids with love and encouragement. The teachers communicated with us, letting us know how our son was progressing with learning and interacting with the other kids. When we were looking for schools, we wanted somewhere that our son would learn. Ms Maria and Ms Sierra took so much time teaching and providing feedback. He learned more than we thought was possible in a small amount of time and spoke of his teachers fondly. We are truly grateful.”
“My son attended the Young School at Honeygo Plaza for about a year of pre-k. He had a good experience and left much better prepared for the classroom structure of kindergarten. This school takes a more curriculum/teaching-oriented approach rather than simple “day care”. They follow a pedagogical philosophy similar to Montessori, emphasizing freedom and harnessing each child’s own specific interests and motivations. The biggest strength of YS is the outstanding teaching staff, all of whom care deeply about the well-being and growth of the children. The different teachers within the “cottage" of four adjoining classrooms developed individual connections with my son and the other children, knowing well their various interests and quirks. The pre-k cottage director, Ms. Jess, oversees the classrooms with expertise and a deep sense of empathy. She effectively fields informal chats with parents about questions and concerns that pop up on the fly. Between the wonderful teachers and cottage director, I always felt that my child was in very safe and nurturing hands. The classroom atmosphere is warm and inviting. There is lots of natural light and many learning stations with carefully thought-out objects left for the children to “discover”. Kids get zero screen time at the Young School. Instead of punishing children, behavior is managed through redirection and talking. Healthy snacks are offered, and the staff teaches and practices good hygiene. The main area that could be improved upon is communication from the director. On several occasions, I received mass emails chastising (unnamed) other parents for taking screenshots of the live video feed, requesting child-specific changes to naptime logistics, incorrectly using cubby space, and calling in to the classroom during non-naptime hours. (“Any parent disrupting the day too frequently will lose camera access and a parent meeting will be requested.”) I would prefer these types of issues be resolved by one-on-one conversations with the relevant parents, rather than public shaming. The unprofessional tone of these emails was underscored by a lack of basic proofreading. My child's classroom had high teacher turnover, with three different teachers in a six-month period. Shockingly, when one left and was replaced by a brand new employee, parents were not given any notice whatsoever. I showed up one morning to drop off my son in his classroom and encountered a total stranger who claimed to be in charge. Luckily, another teacher was in the cottage area and vouched for the new teacher's legitimacy. Lack of preemptive communication on this type of matter is unacceptable. Another instance of poor communication occurred when initially attempting to enroll my child. The paperwork was confusing and I had trouble getting questions answered, as other reviews have noted.Overall, I recommend the Young School as a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children; parents may have to deal with some unnecessary hassles.”
“Celebree has wonderful programs and wonderful staff. My son Joey loves coming here in the summer and when he has no school. Also the staff love him so much as well and always takes good care of him for me. I know that my baby after I give birth will be in good hands and I have nothing to worry about when it comes to my children.”
“Our daughter was enrolled at Childtime in Bel Air for two years and we are so happy that we chose this facility for her daycare/school. Our daughter’s development, especially social development and speech, skyrocketed as soon as she enrolled in the school. All her teachers - from toddler classes to preschool - have been amazing: so caring, friendly, attentive, patient, and passionate about providing excellent early education for their students. They were so close with my daughter and she always came home talking about the fun she had with her teachers and friends. All the staff and leadership are incredibly kind and always say hello to myself and my child. In class, all the children are taught to be kind. The facility is clean and very welcoming.
We have since moved over an hour and a half away. Our new daycare, while it provides good education, doesn’t foster the sentiment of friendship and familiarity with the students as that of Childtime of Bel Air. We greatly miss the team there and highly recommend the school!”
“Our son loves going to KinderCare and we couldn’t be happier with the team there. We get updates and pictures throughout the day and have loved seeing him blossom!”
“I cannot praise Childtime at Churchville enough for the exceptional care and support they have provided to my two sons From the moment we enrolled, it has been an outstanding experience for our family. The staff are truly amazing. They are not only highly professional but also warm, compassionate, and dedicated to the well-being of every child under their care. The genuine passion they bring to their work is evident in the smiles on the children's faces. The educational programs at Childtime are top-notch. They strike the perfect balance between structured learning and play-based activities, ensuring that children develop essential skills while having fun. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. My 3 year old has thrived academically, socially, and emotionally thanks to the enriching experiences provided. My one year old loves coming in and having his favoritetime with his family :)Communication with the daycare has been exceptional. They have a live fed which makes everything even better. The staff keeps parents well-informed through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings. They are always approachable, attentive, and responsive to any concerns or questions we may have. I recently had an issue that was delt on time. This level of engagement has made us feel like valued partners in our child's education and development.I am also impressed by the clean and safe environment maintained. The facilities are well-maintained, and the emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness is evident. I appreciate the effort put into providing nutritious meals that cater to varying dietary needs, ensuring that children receive the nourishment they need to thrive. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Childtime at Churchville to any parent seeking an exceptional daycare experience for their child. The caring and competent staff, engaging educational programs, and dedication to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment make it a truly outstanding choice. Thank you, to all the staffs at Childtime Churchville, for making a positive difference in the lives of our children ?”
“My family has truly appreciated all of the staff at Celebree of Fallston. They are dedicated to constant growth and improvement. While every staff member has had a part in my kids' days, we are especially grateful for how Ms. Kassie, Ms. Sage, and Ms. Sydney have poured into our little ones this year. Not only are they supporting the academics of learning "ABC's" but they are also guiding them on how to be kind friends and community members. Thank you, Celebree!”
