“First time was a great impression. Came 7minutes before closing on a Sunday. Couldn't decide . Jeff was still courteous and patient with us and guided us to a great new cherry tree for our backyard. He gave me very easy instructions for planting and care. Needless to say we will be back again”
“I've been to this Home Depot before, and my first instance was trash. One particular worker wouldn't listen (had his airpods on while we asked for help) and acted like me and my family were a bother. It was redeemed by the Tool Rental department employees that proved to be very friendly and helpful. But after today and encountering the assistant manager, Donna, and this nice associate named Kat, my opinion of the place totally changed. Donna was so attentive and helpful - I couldn't believe I was in the same place. Shout out to her and her superb management of the store. Looking forward to coming back.”

“I went to the White Marsh store (Pulaski Hwy and Campbell). The staff could not have been more helpful. John in Plumbing and Tom (from Garden, I think) were especially helpful. I needed something cut to fit in my car. Some stores would have turned me away. Tom helped me find what I needed, and John assisted me the rest of the way with my purchase. “This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
