They are rude, nasty and disrespectful!Went here last night and had a horrible experience. Not my first bad experience, but I will get my alcohol from midway during their open hours before I go back to this establishment. I went in to make a purchase, and the young lady made a mistake and refunded me for the purchase, so the guy came over to her and said something he asked me if i could check my account to see if gave me a refund. I did that and showed him what it said, so he said I am going to ring it again and if you need to come back we will refund you. So I said, oh no thank you I don't want to come back. I will just get something completely different so you can void that purchase he said no you don't understand. I said yes I do, I no longer want this, I would like to purchase that instead so there is no confusion. He said, I'm not serving you. I said, ok he said you don't understand. I said no I understand, I don't want any issued with my card and I don't want to come back here. He said again he wasn't serving me and I said fine you will never have to worry about serving me. I went to Venetians to have a drink and I made sure I share that information with anyone and will continue to share it. They're rude!!!
