“If you are in the market for audio gear or have a piece of equipment that needs repair, go to Just Audio. I am new to the state and have been searching for a audio store like the one I used in my home state.
My turntable needed service and had a cassette deck that either needed repair or upgrade. I am not a high end audiophile, but like the warmth and nostagila of my vintage set up. My equipment is not super high end.
I was greated by John at the door with a cart to help carry in the units I was bringing for repair. I was guided through a decision making process with my cassette deck. I decided to replace rather than repair. The deck I purchased had lots of scratches on its housing, but my unit was in better shape. John thought to swap out the housings leaving me with a much nicer looking piece of equipment. I was given great advice related to my turntable. Their diagnosis fee is reasonable and applied to the eventual repairs. I was interested in a pair of used speakers, Tom took the time to research my current speakers and give me a real world compairsion to help decide if the upgrade was worth the money. I am also interested in a soluation to stream my digital library through my 1960's era receiver. I was provided with great information with no pressure to purchase before I had time to do additional research.
I left feeling as if I was treated as well as somoene who has already spent thousands of dollars in the shop.
Just Audio is an hour away from my house and I will make the drive as opposed to a big box store or an online purchase because of Tom and John's committment to customer service. Thank you both. I look forward to a continued relationship with Just Audio.”

“So the economy sucks super hard right now, and like most everyone it’s been a struggle for our family, it came to a point I had to sell some items of value to make it work this week. I came in to this location because it was the closet to me. I’m glad it was, I came it and explained I needed to get some cash for groceries and the items I had weren’t something they buy (silver) but we ended up making a deal on a few things. I was happy, Simon was a pleasure and felt like someone I had known my entire life. Dale was fun to talk to, and they both made the transaction a whole lot less stressful on me. Even so I came back a few days later with other things of value, and as soon as Simon seen me, he recognized me! Now that’s customer service.”

“The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. However, I did have a bad experience today with the self checkout. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“I had an experience at the t mobile store in Essex that really caught my attention. The gentleman name is Mark & he was fantastic. To see him handle multiple customers in the store was nothing short of amazing. Although it was an issue transferring from Verizon to t mobile he handle my situation & other customers with no problem.
I honestly believe he is very knowledgeable and should be paid very well. T Mobile please acknowledge this man for a job well done on 7/3/24. I understand everybody’s experience won’t be the same at that location but mean was. Great job Mark.

“This is such a great T-Mobile location. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Today, Tyler assisted me with an issue with my iPhone text messaging. He was patient and solved the problem in a few moments. I always recommend this particular location. They’re the best!!”
“Good store great sales staff, just not enough people working at once. Went there to get a PS5, had to wait way to long at checkout. The guy was bussing out people and on the phone helping with another customer Playstation support and all, but there wasn't anyone there to help him (poor guy). He was sweating n all ?? but other than that, good store up to date selection just needs more people in store. Hope next time their fully staffed.”

“I stopped by to look for a TV. I had done a little research but hadn't decided on a particular model. I was assisted by Ben Kelley and what an amazing asset he is to that store and to the customers. He took the time to show me different TV models and did comparisons so I could clearly see the differences in the models and how they worked best for my needs. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and technology used in the TVs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped me pick out a mount and other items I needed.
He was a pleasure and I was very fortunate to be assisted by him.
Ben provided a wonderful customer service experience!

“I went to the Bel Air Best Buy today to buy a Switch OLED and walked out with a new OLED switch + an open box tv (LG QNED class 80). The two guys that helped me (& my mom who came with me) were awesome. I wish we got their names before leaving but didn't think of it til we were already on our way home. But the two guys there were super helpful while I was deciding which model to purchase and were also honest as well which is super important for those of us who rarely drop $900 on a single purchase. They were friendly as well. I work in customer service too, so I truly appreciate when the staff are kind and don't feel like you're a bother when you ask them for help. The open box tag said no accessories; however, they checked in the back as it was a display tv and were able to find the mount and remote which was a huge help and saved me from having to buy those in addition to the tv. Great store with good deals and wonderful staff as far as I could tell from this experience. I'll be back for future purchases.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”
