“Awesome place. I just admire how Debbie the store manager attempts to lead the store by.stocking shelves as well as assisting on the register when lines becomes overwhelming for the clerks too. I love the array of food items available as well as household items accessible at low prices. I just wish it would carry more things such undergarments for women too.”
“Always stocked up and have lots of party accessories, decorations and party favors. Cleaning supplies , landscaping supplies and kitchen goods. They can get overcrowded with aisles at times and also the wait is about 20/30 mins because they either have one cashier and other employees in office or on the floor stocking. They are hiring just a FYI! Please go apply they need cashiers and stockers.”
“This location has alot of nice items. Only problem which seems like it's every location. One register open line down aisle half way to other end of store.”
“It is difficult to get into this store if you are in a wheelchair. There's a sign on the window saying you can ask for help and an associate will help you, but nobody came to help me get my daughter's wheelchair through the door. The aisles are narrow and cluttered. I love the dollar tree and I shop there a lot, but this store definitely is not friendly to those with disabilities.”
“Nice Dollar Tree, located in Bel Air, MD. This store is pretty big and spacious. It is easily accessible since it is at the end of the shopping center. The store has a good variety of items and is always well stocked. They have a decent food and beverage isle, and the place is relatively clean. I've been coming here for several years and never had any negative issues.”

“This is probably the most organized Dollar Tree in this area and shoppers have atleast 4 others to choose from in a 5 mile radius. I like that the inventory is actually on the shelves and displayed instead of a bunch of boxes blocking the aisles and junk everywhere. Whoever the mgr is... they've done a great job to turn this store around.”

I had this one employee name Annie she was so sweet to help me and my mother look for items we could not find. The store is cleaner and stocked way better. This will forever be my home store. “Very well stocked with lots of selection, this dollar tree is now $1.25. The price increase appears to have allowed them to carry a nicer variety of craft and party goods. As always, the staff here is super nice. The shopping center is sketchy, but has been fixed up a bit. It's still best to go in daylight.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Family Dollar in the Country Ridge shopping center. Angie, the manager, has done an exceptional job of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like a family environment. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly "hello," "good morning," or "good evening," which is genuine and makes every visit feel special.The entire team, including Ray and Larry, consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers with whatever they need. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Heather and Donya. Heather, who was working as a cashier, greeted me with a friendly smile and noticed that I wasn't quite myself. She took the time to ask if everything was okay, which meant the world to me. It's the little things like this that make all the difference.Doyna was incredibly helpful on the floor, going out of her way to assist me in locating an item for my grandson. Her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.Overall, I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Family Dollar and its amazing staff. “The people here are amazing and they work really hard, but the company itself is trash. The GM is working 70 hrs a week and only getting paid for 48. Closing the store by themselves which is a safety issue. DG needs to get it together.”
