Worked with Kevin to resolve a long-overdue material issue that I had with my builder. It wasn't 84 Lumber's responsibility to work with me directly, but they did anyhow. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Kevin!

Several times called to request materials , never they call back or follow up . Spoke with the main offices and they promised to have an account manager to call me . Never happened either . Broken communication system and looks like they don’t need business . So go somewhere else .

Better service, better pricing and better Lumber than the Big Box stores like Home Depot & Lowes. Oh and you don’t have to hunt for someone to help you load the truck. The guy who rings you up helps you load. Finally some Great Customer Service!!!

We needed more vinyl siding for a garage wall, we had most of it sided last year and had planned to put a second garage door in, that never happened . So our handyman constructed a wall over that opening, and it needed siding.We originally bought the siding from 84 lumber so we figured they would still have it.I called and instead of a Hello-Hello start it is "What is your project", I really didn't like that. Please just answer the phone and talk, people will tell you what they want because they are calling to find something out.As it turns out, the siding would have to be ordered, we needed it right away and went elsewhere.

Three different employees over 4 months of calls and emails and still not even a guess if or when they will honor the warranty on windows my builders bought from this 84 Lumber. Always kind and eager to help, but absolutely no follow through.

Called to see if they had Black aluminum coil in and they said yes. I drove an hour to get there just for them to say they don’t hold it in stock. Must’ve disregarded me on the phone. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The customer service seems to not really care at all.

Call about a credit that should of been on my account the associate michael couldnt find the credit and then said of would have to talk to the manager steve to see if he would give or find the credit that should of already been on there this was a friday and said I had to call back on monday ..then I proceeded to try a place another large order and was told by Michael that he had customers standing in front of him but I could email it ..i have been a customer of that store for 2 years and spend a decede amount of money I think my big phone order was just as important as the person in front of him ...they just have horrible customer service so once I call and figure out the credit I will be taking my business else where .

Very poor communication. Went in to price decking material. Went back week later to order but they made us wait and have the 1st guy we talked to put the order in. After 3 trips we finally were able to order and pay. Was told we should have within a week. No one will help with our order except the 1st guy we talked to. Everyone else just wants to pass a message to him and not help us and he is horrible at returning calls. Over 2 weeks later we still havnt received our materials of over $8000 which we paid in cash. Was told delivery today but at 5pm on a Friday I highly doubt that will happen. Not happy with the total lack of customer service and the obvious commission based work ethic of the employees.

Not worth a star I called four times to get pricing on windows spoke to managers and no answers or accountability. I would save your money and breath. Do not waste your time. Customer Service is nonexistent.
