The quality of service truly depends on who’s working. Unfortunately, the majority of the staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and do not greet anyone. There are only two girls that effectively do their jobs WITH a smile.
Today’s experience is why I am leaving this review. As a store that is known to provide fountain drinks, please explain how the hell you are out of ALL lids for fountain cups???? Whoever that responsibility fell upon severely dropped the ball. When I went up to ask if there were lids both employees just said no and continued with their conversation. No other option was offered or even apologizing for the inconvenience.
These people need some kind of customer service training because it is seriously lacking at this location.

This is the best Royal Farms store in the Delmarva area! Addy, Brigid, and the staff are the reason for that! They are courteous , kind, professional, and helpful. They are rock stars, and our running group loves them!

This Royal Farms is always clean and if I have somewhere to be I go out of my way to go to this one so I don't smell greasy when I get toy destination!!??????

This location is much better since the Re-build to add Chicken!! However, before the Re-build there was MUCH MORE product to purchase in a small area but now that they've made it bigger they cut their amount of products to sell in 1/2 it seems like!! That makes me sad!!
