This company’s price gouging is insane. With at least a 32% hike, it makes sale prices non existent. Your already paying over full price! Id avoid this and other dispensaries in Harco with these shady businesses practices.

I've been coming here about once a week for over a year now, and the staff, store layout, selection... everything is perfect. They must see thousands of people a day, but I feel recognized and welcomed each time I come in. Their website is great despite asking me 3x per visit to enter my birthday. I couldn't say more good things about this place and the people who work here.

Carlos was great up front. Unfortunately there website had major issues. Showed up with exact cash for my order and they added another $25 when I arrived to pick up.
Hopefully this gets resolved but the deals on the webpage are not accurate and you have to pay full price when you show up. Very disappointing to wait 15 minutes for your order and then have to pay extra.

This has got to be one of the worse dispensaries in maryland. Way over priced. The website is always wrong flower for 55% or 45%. If you call they don't fix it they leave it an tell you it's 25% even the ones that say 32% you'll check out an it's 28%. The owner from what I've heard doesn't even smoke. So when they select the flower it's biased. The man has no smoking experience. I logged on today an seen it says sale on flower. Old price $55 new price $55 lol. This is so ridiculous. False advertising to the extreme. Stay away!!

I’ve been buying from this dispensary with no issues and today I go there and it’s stated that they close at 10pm and I get there by 9:50 and I get turned back that they stop serving people at 9:45 but that doesn’t make any sense cause if you want to stop serving people the time to put up as a closing time should be 9:45 but to deceive people and put your closing time at 10 only to turn them back is terrible. I don’t know if I’ll be returning here again as the representative was even rude handling the whole situation.

I can't say enough good things about the manager Bethany and sales associate Ryan at the Joppa MD location. There was an issue at checkout with the system (no fault of employees) that Initially looked like it could not be corrected. Ryan got the manager Bethany involved, she quickly came over and with some work was able to fix the issue. It's great customer service like this that will keep me a loyal customer. It's also very generous they allow current sales and military discount to stack the first and second day of each month.

Anthony was my bud-tender, and even though it was a simple online order pickup, he went above and beyond! I went to RISE Joppa for a specific strain, but now I think this may be my main dispensary… especially for the stacked discounts for veterans on the first two days of the month. Thanks Anthony!
