This is probably the most convenient doggie daycare around. Whether you need daycare for a half day, full day, or even boarding, they make it very easy to set things up. I added a premium bath and received my dog feeling loved, super clean, and you can tell he had a great day. Great customer service, and you get report cards that help you know how your pet did. Highly recommended.

I’ve met a lot of great people today handler’s front office big bosses all that today. It was awesome experience and my little girl paint. She did really good for her first time there from what I’ve been told she’s coming out of her shell and I’m so excited for her and I’m excited for myself. Thanks to these guys. They are so awesome.

Catalina Chao worked with our little puppy, Piper! She was just 6 months when we started and I saw an immediate improvement in behavior! She helped my husband to learn that training is about providing a safe environment for our dog, not about aggressive control over her! She gave us great hands on help and support! Plus her explanations for how to do things and process was very helpful for us since we both have ADHD! We can’t wait to bring her back for a check-in/refresh!

Best Friends Furever is absolutely the ‘BEST’! My pet has been going here for years (as well as previous pets), and he is always excited to go. As soon as I get his BFF collar out he starts circling and wiggling with excitement. He is well socialized there, well exercised and exhausted when we get home. The staff is exceptional too. Everyone is pleasant, compassionate and caring of all the dogs there. So glad BBF is convenient and always accommodating to my pet’s need.

We came in with our roughly one year old dog who was very dog reactive. We could barely take him on walks. In the 9 weeks of the elite program, he no longer has a bad reaction to dogs, he has mastered sit and stay, and he has enjoyed going to “school” everyday. His recall has gotten incredibly good as well. The entire staff was so attentive and diligent to Radar’s care. We are so grateful to Catalina for helping our boy be the good dog that was always in him.

I moved here to Joppa, Maryland from South Carolina. Best friends fur ever has been great!!! They Modify their one day daycare prior to boarding policy and boarded my two Rottweilers for which was supposed to be a few days. I got sick. Spent the day in the emergency room and everything changed. Best friends worked with me and modify my dogs stay. I can go on and on, they have been great and I will use them again if I had to, I’m actually going to bring my puppy over there for training. I can only imagine how great is going to be, other than me getting up early to drop her off. Retired life, LOL

We've been there to visit to bring our dogs there. Every dog seemed so happy we knew it was the right place. We brought our boys last week. I was watching them through the cameras and they were both happy too. They were exhausted when we got home from playing all day. Best Friends is the place to take your dogs while you are away. They'll have fun and enjoy themselves!

I have had a great experience so far with our 3-month old puppy, Charlie, attending full day daycare at the Joppa location. I was super nervous because I wasn't sure how he would react or how other dogs would react to him or how well he would be taken care of. The handlers are awesome and well trained to keep a safe and fun environment.This week starts week two and we plan on continuing with 2-3 days a week for him to attend. I love that you can watch them all play on the cameras during the day (although Teeny Field 1's camera is super blurry....Teeny Field 2's camera is perfect). The staff are super friendly, all around, and show Charlie all of the love. The hours for drop off and pick up are great (although a 7pm pick up during the week would be better because I work in PA but that's just my personal wish...the hours in general are great for the majority of folks and that's all that matters so I will make it work!) I plan on expanding our services at BFFE to include boarding, training and grooming in addition to daycare. Thanks for all you do to keep our dogs safe and happy as well as exhausted when they get home!

We brought our adopted puppy Penny here for the elite training program because, frankly, she was a handful -- a husky, shepherd, bull terrier mix at 12 months old and 45 lbs. However, Catalina was up to the task! She accomplished so much in her 9 weeks that we could not have done at home having our 2-year old and our other commitments. Catalina provided the steady hand and consistency that dogs need in these first two years. I never saw her lose her cool or get frustrated with Penny, nor have I seen the other staff ever say an unkind work about a dog, whether visiting, training or boarding. We loved having the live feed during the day to see what was happening, and the training video report cards were a great help.
The ladies at the front desk were awesome and so were all of the handlers. The in-house grooming services are excellent, too. We will continue to bring Penny here for play dates throughout the year. I gave them a 5-star rating, not because they are perfect but because you will not find a more caring group of people and well organized team than this Joppa BFFE location.

I absolutely love BFF!! I put full trust in them with my fur babies! We even had our Jack Russell there for years and he was a handful! But they helped us so much with training, boarding and lots of love and patience!

Catalina trained our German Shepherd, Gary. What an absolute sweetheart! She has the very best personality for the job! She is so very professional. She sent us report cards with each session. She also took the time to make videos of her training our pup and shared them with us to use for home training. There is also a DogUniversity site which has tons of more training videos to help with home training.
Gary no longer reacts when other dogs are in his sight or even close to him. He sits calmly, even if the other dog is reacting. This is a huge accomplishment! Gary is big and I’m small so it’s very important he not react and make me fall.
Catalina also met with us each week to teach us how she was working with Gary and to help us practice to ensure we were equipped with training knowledge. She was so patient and encouraging as she trained us in training Gary.
I now feel very confident that we will be successful with managing our enormous goofy handsome guy! Absolutely LOVE Catalina!

Best Friends Fur Ever is so wonderful and I can’t say enough great things about them. My dog has been there for daycare, boarding, and grooming and every time she is treated so well and loves to go! They take amazing care of her and keep pet parents updated with plenty of options. Wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else.
