Been going here for years. Recently I took my 20 yr old cat here so I could get his rabies shot so I could get him groomed because at that age they stop grooming themselves. The vet refused because they felt like we should do bloodwork to determine how much insulin to put him on for his diabetes and to examine a mass they felt in his abdomen.
I was told I didn't have to make a decision today and I could get half the work done at a time. So, I read online that you can ask a vet for a rabies wavier so you can atleast attempt to get a groomer. I called back asking for this wavier and to schedule the blood work and was told because the vet who saw my cat was one that only came when another vet was absent that then I'd need a whole new examination for my cat because they had no means of communicating with the vet who seen my cat prior. Meaning, even though they examed him recently because it was a fill in vet it apparently didn't count at all. To them I hadn't been back since their "official vet" saw me last which was months and months ago. And they still wouldn't get that wavier for me without seeing the "official vet" who'd give me the same diagnosis as the vet they seemingly have no way of communicating with.
When I say I've been going here for years, I mean years. Been bringing 3 cats here and this is when they decide to be predatory. Won't ever be returning.

A great place to take your pet when they are having health issues They explain everything and follow up with a phone call to make sure that your pet is improving!!!! Everyone their is so friendly and caring.

As a first time dog mum, the center has been very warm and welcoming. All my concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. Max is being taken care of like family and the staff is truly a joy. Thank you so much for making this new change in my life less stressful. My favorite thing about the center, aside from the staff, is when I get check up calls subsequent to appointments. It’s sincerely appreciated because I know that the staff is busy with various tasks, but just making that phone to see how my fur baby is doing means so much. Many many thanks yous to you all!!!

Everyone from front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarian herself are friendly, kind and caring. We receive quality care and everything is explained very clearly. I would highly recommend!
