Why is no one ever here? Late lunches, not coming back on time, late opening in the morning. I understand they are understaffed but don’t post hours if you can’t make the times on the door.

Guess post office can just not show up to work whenever they want. Supposed to open at 0900. Waited 20 minutes and still no one there, no one showed up.

Probably one of the best on base post offices I’ve been to. Can’t speak on the other workers there but the good looking light skin lady at the front knows her stuff. She is patient with customers and they all seem to like her. The service has been quick and easy my last 3 visits.

I have a package with the paid label on it and all I want to do is drop it off. 8:30 am and there's some people at a desk in the back, they say I can't drop it off and to return at 9. I return at 9. 9:05. 9:10. People are coming and going as they're still not open. I finally left as i have no clue when they'll decide to open. It's not like we're on a facility serving busy active duty military personnel or anything. Pathetic.

Habitually opens anywhere between 15 minutes to over an hour late. Staff oscillate between being rude and unhelpful to polite. Inconsistent.

I'm giving it 2 stars because there is one lady that I love seeing and she knows how to do her job. The other apparently does not know how to customs. Made me redo the lengthy process after I'd already done it using the online USPS tool ON THE WEBSITE. Proceeded to be rude and snarky the entire time and every subsequent time I've been in.

Punctuality is definitely not a concern at this location. Opening hours display 0900, yet it’s 0925 (and counting) and the doors are still locked. Not honoring the hours of operation is extremely inconsiderate of others time!

I dont know why I even graced this with 1 star? The store hours say they open at 9am. It's 9:15am and still no one. A man that is waiting with me does daily pick ups here. I asked him if this is normal and he said, "Yeah, sometimes she doesn't open the door until 9:30am." How is this acceptable?

It’s bad enough that they close at 2:30pm. But to then shut the door and lock them sooner than the appropriate time to do so is pathetic.

These folks are always nice. Packages are ready for pickup by 2pm as promised, unless they're delivered later than that.It's true, they're usually on personal phonecalls. I get it, because it's probably a super monotonous job. It's never stopped them from handling my mail quickly. And it's not like I'm going in there desperate for a stranger to give me smalltalk and undivided attention. I just want my mail, and I get it quickly every time.I personally avoid going during the lunch hour or right at 4 when everyone is flooding out of their offices, so I can't speak for service during those rushes.
