“I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”

“Bob came highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s mother - I came all the way from La Plata, MD. Bob and his son were nothing short of being God-sent… wonderful! Honda auto shop tried to charge me $1000 xtra for the same service! Also, Bob and his son found that the Honda dealer basically were going to rip me off in general for a new water pump and coolant (which wasn’t needed). That’s right! Car Dealerships are charging people for parts that don’t even need to be replaced, and completely not mentioning the parts that actually need replacing! I needed a new AC compressor (per Bob) and Honda completely failed to mention that. Bob took care of me like a father would! He felt horrible that Honda did this to me and he fixed my car within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my car, his son lifted my hood and showed me exactly what was fixed and why - he was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want HONEST work, FAIR affordable prices, and a job WELL DONE, look no further. You’re in trusted hands here at Branch Ave Tire & Auto.Most importantly, my 2010 civic is now driving like brand new, after years of taking it to Honda and their never acknowledging the cause for my car shaking (AC compressor/belt). They’d instead find a bunch of other issues with parts that in hindsight probably didn’t need to be replaced. Save yourself the money and the troubles of going anywhere else but here!LOOK NO FURTHER!!!”

“I got a flat tire and called Million Man tires around 1:00pm on a Sunday. Jesus answered and I told him about my flat and that of the underbelly of the car was scrapping because of what I ran over. He asked for my tire size and said to pull up. I got there around 1:30. Jesus and the staff were very nice. I pulled right in and they changed my tire and fixed my underbelly in a very quality manner. Given the need to reconnect the underbelly it took about 30 minutes. I was done by 2:30pm. Also the new tire was of exceptional quality. Jesus send the staff did an excellent job on my car. I will use them in the future for all of my immediate tire needs.”

This is old school customer service. They genuinely care and you are not a number.You can take your car to NTB, pay a premium, get told about all these things you need to fix on your car, then have to wait day for you car to get tires (because your appointment means nothing) OR you can come here during your hour lunch break and be in and out. Every time I come here, the guys are polite, professional and they are about the business - getting customers in and out. I had a situation where the center ring wasn't put on and caused a bit of a problem and some extra money to get another ring. I explained to the manager, and he apologized on behalf of his guys. He fixed it at no charge, and my next rotation was on the house. I live in Bowie and go out of my way to have my tire stuff done here. They made it right without an issue and took responsibility. There's another Redline on Ritchie Road... AVOID that place. It's the same company, but they are a-holes, unprofessional, and rude AF. This one is the place to get things done.”
