“Came here on Friday 4:26 24 at around 8:49 p.m. It doesn't matter which Big Lots I go to I get the same excellent customer service 10 star service and this door definitely made me feel welcomed, easy to find items and the manager here is absolutely incredible makes you feel like family. I am thankful that the consistency of all the Big Lots Remains the Same whether I go to Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, or California I know I will be treated with utmost respect and efficiency and you have excellent items that I never have to return. “Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!”

“This is a newer store (opened in 2016), and it is clear leadership has maintained their investment in this store. The workers are surprisingly friendly, especially on the floor. It is clear that the cashiers don't have this patience, but I don't blame this. The place is well organized, clean and clearly well worked. Good experience for a Marshalls.”
“Went to this store and found clothes for myself and my son. The fitting rooms weren't open, so I had to travel to my aunt's house to try them on. Luckily, she had a store close to her and I was able to take back what didn't fit. The 2nd store had their fitting rooms open. This makes shopping easier for people who don't live in the area and can't travel back and forth just to do returns. Just give it a thought.”

“Had not been to the store in maybe over a year or more. My first few visits were disappointing as everything WAS subpar...from the messiness to lack of good choices. I went yesterday and upon entering the store change was obvious EVERYWHERE!!! Great improvements. Quality goods. Clean. I stopped in hoping to find a descent tee-shirt...I left with a pair of shoes, slacks, 2 shirts, and a jacket!!! Thanks to all whomever opted to invest in the store rather than close it!!! I will spead the word. Thanks for helping to keep my $$$ and tax dollars in Prince George’s County!!”

“This is the smallest exchange I’ve ever been to but the point of the missing star is that the computer systems are very slow. I went to get my temporary star card printed and it was not the lady’s fault but her computer was extremely slow and she mentioned that this is pretty much always an issue. They have customers trying to purchase items at the desk so having a slow system is not ideal.”
“Kinda felt offended, but not rushed. Unable to receive gift receipt. No restroom. Useful items. Confrontation liability. No music, available carts. Didn't have parking validation.”
“Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.
Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.
My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”

“This by far is my favorite target in the county. Great customer service, no long lines, never crowded, well stocked, working shopping carts, and always able to find a close parking spot. Unfortunately I couldn’t give this store 5 stars because each time I visited, the bathrooms were filthy. Restrooms could use some renovations.”

“Love this place, lovely family owned store. They're always so helpful. They pretty much have everything you need especially in an emergency. Best part is we get to keep money in our community over national brands. If you live near by and want them to have something that you know you'll continue to buy they are willing to get it to have it on hand for you (of course be reasonable).Just be careful walking in here as there is A LOT so make sure you are careful where you're walking.”
