We signed up for a 4 yard dumpster about 2.5 months ago. We have had 5 total pickups. The first pickup was only a few days after they dropped it off because of our assigned pickup schedule. That pickup was on time and actually happened. Since then, of the 4 remaining pickups, 3 of them the drivers just lie and report it as being picked up when they don't even come. The other one they showed up a day late. I have cameras pointing directly at the dumpster. I have cameras showing the road leading up to the location. It's very simple to confirm they just never came and lied about it. Each time they do this, we have to go online and report a missed pickup for them to actually come out. We've brought this to their attention each time, and each time, they assure us it won't happen again.

Bad experience with this company, on two different occasions I tried to hire their service and in both bad experiences, they did not look for solutions to carry out the work, the person who took the garbage container was not friendly, he did not leave the container, he made an excuse that there was not enough space.

Watch out Contractors this is a rip off place. Minimum charge 1 ton and 1/2 wich is $155 . Watch out if you have less.
