Horrible service. Cancelled install for my doors, then show up without the garage door openers. This will cost my wife and I around $600 of lost wages due to their incompetence.

Marsha the sales rep is beyond rude. Always a problem getting help with products. I feel like she hates the world lol.. If I didn't work for a company that needs Wayne dalton products in the area, I would never use this company ever again. Wayne dalton should hire some friendlier people.
