Our Security System stopped working suddenly. We called the Vintage Security main number late in the day and they answered, took my information and had one of the technicians call me right back. The technician had us try a couple things over the phone and he determined that the wall panel had completely stopped working. He advised us to call in the morning to make an appointment for service. The next day, we had no trouble getting an appointment however it was for the following week because of the Holidays, which we fully understood. However, since they determined that because the wall panel wasn't working, that our alarm system and smoke alarms would not be monitored, they were kind enough to do some schedule rearranging, and called us back to schedule a next-day appointment! The next day, not only was the Tech on time, but he was early. The Tech, Tony, replaced the panel, was very thorough and super patient as we asked him a hundred questions about the new panel. Since we are "seniors" and not super high-tech knowledgable, he had to explain some things a couple of times. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Thank you, Vintage Security and thank you, Tony!

Emmett Churchman was extremely responsive and came out the same day I called to get my system reinstated from the previous owner. He answered all my questions and was wonderful to work with. Our technician was also great and got the system up and running quickly, with and appointment within 5 days of signing up with Vintage.My only issue is when the system was activated, it wiped out the keypad control code on the garage door. I put in a voicemail message to tech support almost a week ago, and again a few days later and still haven’t gotten a return call. It’s not an urgent issue so there may be more pressing security concerns ahead of me, but hoping when I do have a more serious concern it is handled more timely. Thanks!!

Great experience with Vintage. Starting with Bob outlining my options, and then with Dave and Charles doing my install, the team went over and above expectations to make sure the house system configured correctly. Highly recommend.

Greg Roscoe , helped to get my account set up and was informative in letting me know what equipment I needed and why. He was also responsive and helpful for the questions I had after my installation. 10/10 great service.

I worked with Mike Herbert and he installed an alarm system into our home and provided excellent service! He answered all of our questions, was timely to respond, and showed us exactly how to use everything. We truly feel safe in our home and it's all because of him. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for Vintage Security's services and products!

I’m completely satisfied with the service provided by Vintage. My panel went blank on a Sunday so I called the customer service number and surprise ! . I got a live person she was pleasant and advised she document the call but I have to back Monday and schedule a service tech to come out. Well Monday’s call went well too. So the following week the service tech Paul came out and replaced my panel, he was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable . Thanks for a great customer service experience .

After being loyal customers since 2015, I can no longer recommend Vintage. Their customer service has slid dramatically and I’d given them zero stars at this point if Google let me.Allow me to explain.In July our home was struck by lightning. Vintage still does not have our system running (nearing the end of October). The first tech told us every wire in our house was bad and we had to replace all of our equipment and go wireless.We had no choice but to trust the tech and install all new equipment to the tune of thousands of dollars. The first problem? The install was so terrible in our custom home that we had to call Vintage back out - we are talking zero care or concern in the placement of the new equipment, hanging wires, no centering of equipment on walls, etc…just to get a phone call back to address the install took weeks. Finally a manager came out and he agreed that the job was not only done terribly, but discovered that the first tech even hooked one of our cameras up to our Verizon box instead of the Vintage security system!!! He said he’d send his best tech out. The new tech came out and confirmed that, in fact, none of our wires were bad and the equipment the first tech insisted needed to be replaced did not. The tech was not able to finish the work that day, came back last week and still needed another day to finish undoing all of the work of the first tech. We were scheduled for Monday, 10/20 only Vintage was a no show, no call to complete the work. It’s Wednesday and there still has been no communication from Vintage despite our calls and emails.Meanwhile, Vintage has been sending us bill after bill and is now threatening us with collections…for equipment we longer have or need in the house because it’s been removed or deemed unnecessary by Vintage. We have emailed and called their billing department repeatedly to try to figure out what we do need to pay. Everyone we speak with says they can’t help us and will have a supervisor call us because one isn’t currently available. We have never heard from a “supervisor”. Since Vintage seems to be putting more effort into their Facebook and google review presence than their customer service, maybe this review will finally get us the assistance we need to properly secure our home and get our system fully functional again.Customer, builder, business owner BEWARE.

Service was extremely high quality. Adam Gist was my first contact with Vintage and he was patient, professional and very respectful. I met Raja and Matt today and they worked all day to get me installed. Extremely professional and knowledgeable with the equipment. My brother recommended this company to me, he has been with them for over 15 years. I had a couple of other companies that came out as well. My decision to go with Vintage was Adam Gist. He treated me with the utmost respect and answered all my questions. The most important thing about Adam Gist is that he didn't call me every week and pestered me with repeated emails. He gave me the necessary informations, answered any emails with my questions and the most important thing was each time I spoke to him, he was extremely courteous and respectful and a gentleman. Thank you Adam, Raja and Matt. It was a long day getting everything done, you all made it go so smoothly with all of your help. You are so appreciated.

Our experience working with Vintage has just been stellar! From working with Mike in sales, to Hunter, our installation guru, to Kim, the in office technical support person who answered all our follow up questions & assisted with a few tweaks to our setup, everyone has been very responsive, extremely knowledgeable & super personable. We are very happy to be Vintage customers!

We had a great experience working with Vintage. Raja and Matt were exceptional technicians. They were friendly from the moment they arrived until they left. They were eager to answer any questions we had and went out of their way to make sure we fully understood the new alarm system they installed before they left. I would highly recommend Vintage and would certainly request Raja and Matt as your technicians.

Between the thoroughness of Mike the salesman with explaining what is going to be required for a system reactivation to the Install Technicians Raja and her manager Dave, the service was excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in providing great service. I highly recommend Vintage Security.

Having had Vintage Security for over a year and loving it I moved to a new home. It's exhausting dealing with all the necessary changes in services and utilities. Some companies make you regret the move as the communication, appointments and scheduling and quality of work is exhausting and lacking professionalism in some cases.NOT SO WITH VINTAGE SECURITY. My Sales representative Mike Herbert feels like a member of the family. He answers promptly calls, questions and sets up appointments for the necessary services with minimal effort on my part. He schedules the removal of system from old home to new and assigns a new technician to do the work.I was delighted to see that my Technician Raja Dajani was a woman ( diversity is a good thing) and was fast, efficient and knowledgeable with the equipment. Raja showed up exactly on time at 8:00 am, disconnected the system and arrived at my house before I did...45 minutes away. I think she flew! Then she immediately discussed the location plans for the new house sensors and went about installing the new security system. I had friends visiting through this and we all enjoyed her delightful personality and decorum. After installation completion, she reviewed all necessary settings, made sure I was comfortable with them all and tested all the systems. Perfection is an understatement when describing her work and work habits. I congratulate Vintage on their hiring. Can't get any better in my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone considering a security system.I would like to personally thank Mike and Raja. A+ team effort.

I had a security system from another company which was installed when I purchased my home over two decades ago though, as I was not completely satisfied with the other company, at the recommendation of my chiropractor I have had Vintage operate it for the last few years. Since it was due for an upgrade, through Andrew Miele I was sent Erkan Akkus to install a new keypad and several other new devices. Erkan was fantastic -- polite, quiet, kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable -- and he took plenty of time to explain carefully how the new keypad (and new iphone app) worked. I could not have been more pleased, so I happily recommend Vintage Security to others.

What I liked about my experience today with Vintage Security billing representative, was the attention, responsiveness and ability of the representative to resolve my billing error. Companies are represented by their employees, NOT the other way around. The young lady who assisted me today was amazing!!
