Since when does the Post Office not take mail you put in the mailbox and raise the flag? The oriental lady working for you, refused to take our outgoing mail, stating USPS no longer does it. When was this announced?

Dia was a pleasure to me. I went in and had several questions in regards to passports for both me and my daughter and she was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent information and walked me through how the process works. She demonstrated excellent customer service to me as well. Being new to the area this is a major green flag for me. Thank you Dia for your help. :)

Dia was rude and short with customers. Additionally she spoke negatively about her boss’s high conversational voice in the background to customers. Cared more about what was on her phone than dealing with customers.

This location is by far the worst. The employees that work at this location could care less about their jobs. During my most recent visit to this location, as I walked in the door, I could hear an employee yelling from the back Of the facility. I’m still not sure of who she was talking to since no one was responding to her. There were other people waiting to be serviced when I walked in and I can tell that they were all uncomfortable.. When she finally made her way back to the service counter, she was still furious about whatever happened prior to me, walking into the service area and proceeded to service everyone with that attitude. She went on about how she hated her job, hated the day and didn’t care that she was making other people uncomfortable. I hoped that someone from the back would come out and assist other customers, but it seems that she was the only employee working in the front on this particular day. I only had a question and to to surprise my question was serviced with an attitude and insulting remarks as I exited the post office. This young lady has zero understanding of what working in customer service means. She had very short bleach blonde hair and was dark skin. If I See her behind the service desk, I will immediately turn around and walk out the door and drive to another location for better service. I understand that everyone has bad days. That is no excuse to treat people that had nothing to do with whatever issues you are having that day poorly.

There’s no words for that place! Our mail carrier is new, so that’s a huge help. But inside the post office?! You need to clean house. Sad.

It’s baffling that this post office still has Dia working for them with the MASSIVE amount of complaints. She threatened to fight me while on the clock. Spoke to the post master who defended her actions and refused to reprimand her. Please don’t waste your time and go to another post office unless you want to be threatened and disrespected for asking them to do their job.

Terrible service. Dia was rude and was blasting music from her airpod, which made her not understand what I was asking. Is this what you hire for USPS?? Disgusting and pathetic.

I ordered my package 7/21/24 the entire shipping and tracking went well then it said it was ready for delivery and was supposed to be delivered on 7/27/24 but then suddenly it changed and said “carrier awaiting package” a package doesn’t magically go from ready for delivery to they don’t even have it yet but then to receive a email asking about how the delivery went so someone in that office had to have stole my package there’s no other explanation for this.

Worst part office ever. Mail lady sees that no one is sitting at the front desk when she walks up and just leaves. Never rings the doorbell.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is non existant and the post master at the Jessup Post office is the biggest problem. I am the shipping manager at a business near by and we can never get our scheduled mail pick ups picked up or the incoming mail delivered to the right business. Calling to complain is a waste of time, again, because of the Post Master at that location. This post office does not deserve the 1 star rating I am required to rate them at nor do they deserve the 2.1 Google rating, that is being very generous. I highly recommend that anyone in the area use the post office in Elkridge. Your mail may actual get where it is supposed to go.

The location is very tricky as the front parking lot is right off the road and there is a lot of traffic. The worker I dealt with today was not pleasant at all. She seemed miserable.

We never get mail delivery on Tuesdays but, that's not too bad we got used to it. But, today is Tuesday and we have not received a mail delivery since last Wednesday. We are a commercial location/business address right on route 175. Our customers tell us that they mailed checks to us over a week ago. This happens a few times every year especially around holidays, that mail will never show up. Payroll will be late as a result !

This post office is the worst. Evidently being able to read and understand numbers is not a job requirement. Can never deliver mail to the correct house number. Revolving door of postmasters. Each one gets worse. Terrible customer service. All the employees there have bad attitudes. I cannot believe the difference between the Jessup Post office and the Annapolis Junction Post office. It’s like a different world.The Annapolis Junction Post Office personnel are helpful knowledgeable and pleasant.
