Terrible SYSCO,arrived at 08:30,sent me to waiting arrears, got a door at 10:13,finished unloaded at 14:15,payd lumper $412.00 at 14:22,it's 15:10 and not having the bills ?.This place is a joke. Shame, Shame,Shame.

If I could put zero stars, I would. This is the worst Sysco location I have been to. They took 5-6 hours to unload. Your trailer will be empty and they’ll still make you sit and wait on the dock. AVOID if you can!

Here is another warehouse to lazy to unload their own product that they have ordered. This industry would benefit from getting rid of Capstone and other lumper services.If Walmart and Costco can unload a truck in a timely manner without the use of a lumper company so can everyone else.

Reckless!!! They are constantly parking on sidewalks with their tailgates in the middle of crosswalks. The sharp corners are right at the level of a child's eyes. They've been told to stop parking like that but they don't listen. Somebody is going to get hurt because of their negligence!

Just got a driver to deliver there, 7am apt, checked in 1:20am they turned him back to come again in 3 am, when he checked in at 3 they gave him a door number but they didn't get him on the door until 7am. at 7:50 they requested for the lumper to be paid but they still haven't started unloading, 10:30 am they said they don't have enough space so they must break pallets - pallet by pallet(while other trucks are getting unloaded and on their way), 12:40 still red light, driver goes out to the office the manager says he's done and the paperwork is in the trailer, but the guy unloading was on a break and FORGOT to turn the green light on. Won't send him here again, already lost a good load because of them.

This place is awful. Got here at 10am for 11am appointment. I got sent to staging area, waited almost 2 hr for them to call for a door. Got to the door waited another hr for them to start unloading me truck, I only had 4 pallets. Before they started unloading they send the lumper cost, I paid $160 for 4 pallets. I have been waiting for another 2 hr after lumper had been paid and still have red light. I tried to call receiving and no answer. What a bad place to deliver. Be prepared to spend your day here. Ok f it’s up to you stay away from this place.

Arrived 28 hrs before my appointment time . Checked in at 3am and waited for a door for about 5 hours. Unloading took about 4 hours. Satisfied because it was a reefer load and I saved fuel and a day.

Racist truck drivers keep blocking our alley garage and refuse to move so we can park. EVERY TIME we have to call and wait for the police because they refuse to move 10 feet. If we were to block the loading for the hotel they're servicing they would lose their minds.

This is unbelievable I gave it 3 tries ,not worth it anymore I’ve lost my load every time because of this facility ,this last time was 7 pallets got here 9 am , it’s 3 pm still did not got the green light! just not worth it! I hope no one single driver would ever come here ever! So they can close it down! And I paid the lumper as soon as I got the message with the link!This one definitely stands for the WORST FACILITY IN THE USA!

Paid my lumper over an hr ago I’m still in the door n not even half unloaded y r u sending the unload fee if I’m not emty plus y have I been here since 5:30am n it after 1130 am to unload n u charged me 422.00 dallors to unload

With all the reviews I was really skeptical about coming here. I arrived a day early was asked to wait in the waiting area got checked into a dock quickly and unloaded. I’m not sure if it depends on the time and or day but I have no complaints. Staff was awesome

Today is Monday, June 5th, 2023 and I’m sitting here at Sysco Baltimore right now. I checked in at 3:30am and was the first truck to park on the property. That is the 1 plus about delivering to this Sysco.I have a total of 96 cases of crab meat, 96!!My appointment was for 12:00 noon but thought that maybe they would have wanted to get me out of the way with only having 96 cases. The time that I received the call to back into the door was 1:29pm. In doing the math, I come up with 9 hours and 59 minutes. TEN HOURS!!!Why I’m the world are we sitting at a food distribution center this long? This is totally unacceptable, unnecessary and down right unprofessional!! This is very poor excuse of a food handler, at best. And this is not the first time. Every single time I come here I end up getting held up and missing my other stops. I’m just fed up now because it’s totally uncalled for.My advice to anyone that’s reading these reviews, if this location can’t handle the work load, get out of it!! You totally give Sysco a very bad name. Horrible!!I have attached photos of my product to give everyone an idea of the 96 cases that I brought in today.Thank You again Sysco for ruining another day for me!!! Because of the molasses attitude I’ll be getting back to my family about 1:00am Wednesday as opposed to 6:00pm tomorrow.I’m currently here on the property if anyone would like to come and talk face to face about the ridiculous issues that this facility suffers from. I’m in door 44 and I’ve been in the industry for 33 years. If you want good advice, get it from the ones who know the industry.

Horrible. Appointment at 8am I got a door at 11 am. Finished unloaded n got paperwork at 3:30 pm. Pretty much spent my whole day there. Sysco really needs to do better. I don’t know what is going on with them and it’s not only this location it’s all of them.
