LIAM is the worse barista I have ever came in contact with extremely condescending obnoxious and rude if you come in contact with him please leave will never return there again I placed a mobile order and i order a venti espresso over ice with cold foam The manager on duty was very helpful, but he is well over talk to her he needs to be fired or written up. He could never work for me.

The staff seemed like they did not want to be there and did not care to make sure customers had a good experience (or even a neutral experience). The barista and cashier were super rude to me. I'm very glad I didn't tip at the register before I got that awful service. Some people should not work in customer service.. I will not be back here.Just FYI there's no drive thru.

As a customer, I don't understand the people that get so worked up over Starbucks in general. As a regular that comes here day after day, I watch people yell at these poor baristas over somethings so small. Sure, maybe you had a bad interaction, but that doesn't warrant being terrible to them about it. They're told to always smile and be kind, and the second they aren't consistently kissing up to customers and being overly nice, people assume they're being rude on purpose. Understand that they are people too, mostly young adults or teens, still learning about the world, and I watch people, grown adults with children, throw hissy fits over something so small. Just because you're mad over one interaction doesn't mean you should instantly report them to the company. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, we're all human and we all make mistakes. Get over it, go to another Starbucks. And making a scene in front of a busy lobby? How professional.I love these guys, they've just been doing their best and honestly, people should be more forgiving, you don't know what happens behind that counter so don't make assumptions the world is against you the second something doesn't go your way. It's a cup of coffee, no one should have to lose a job over it. Much love to the baristas! You are doing your best and that's what matters in the end.

This morning at 6:15 I walked in the store. Said good morning to the young lady that was making the drinks. She looked at me and turned her head. So i said good morning again still nothing. Horrible customer service. So i walked out.

Store 7351 - Cashier very friendly. The Barista was not responsive, respectful and quite rude. No one is asking for a HUGE grin.But please respect customers and others when asking a question or simply saying thank you. There is no need to take out your irritation or tiredness on paying customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!! I don’t have a clue who’s on Thursdays EVENING /night shift!!!!!!!! But customer service is the WORST they are not friendly at ALL and they don’t greet you when u walk in?!!! ( what can I get you) ….. NO I’ll be with u in a minute after waiting at the counter for a few …. WOW!!!!! I’m SO NOT use to that at other Starbucks I attend. And to top it OFF …. I return my drink because it was FLAVORLESS ??♀️. Maybe they should try going through training AGAIN! Or GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE job all together!!!!!

I am always pleased with my experience at this location. They get my orders right almost every time and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating, no matter how busy they are. This location is busy most of the time.

It is always freezing in this store.Summer or winter, it is always very cold and limits one's sitting in this store for not more than 10 minutes.
