HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE SCHEDULING BUT KEN PULLED IT OFF DELIVERING IT PERSONALLY. WAY TO GO KEN !! MY JOB SCHEDULE WILL BE ON TIME. THANKS FOR WORKING WITH ME AND MAKING IT HAPPEN BY MY DEADLINE.

I had no ideal when you go online to order from Safeway, that the service is similar to Instacart. ?I was waiting for a Safeway logo vehicle to deliver my groceries and a Cab pulled up?? I was like ewwwww this is like Uber or Lyft bringing your groceries EWWWW... anyway they dont contact you to tell you items will not be in stock so you find out when your delivery comes. Also the changes they dont call to see if a certain brand is ok they just send it.The good thing is that the cab driver did arrive within the time slot and nothing was missing from the items minus the cancelled ones. Also it only took to the next morning for the total to be calculated properly on my debit card... If you dont mind that the delivery will be similar to a random someone bringing your food this service will probably be ok for you. I on the other had was waiting for a Safeway truck with the cold and hot compartments with the nice driver dressed in black slacks with a Safeway shirt so professional.... but oh well..

They don’t deserve one star. Today was the third time they said they would deliver our package but did not. Every time there is “a problem” and the next day they promise they will deliver. Hoping 4th time is the charm. Just horribly unreliable.
