Have you ever heard of a salon charging extra to cut down and shape your nail? Yeah, me neither. Today was my third and likely last time visiting this salon.Kim, did my nails the first time (the reason for the two stars or else I’d only give 1). The second and current time the guy in the salon did my nails and I was extremely unhappy. The second time I went, the shape was off but I didn’t say anything because I was in a rush. I spent two weeks (because I wanted to get my monies worth) looking at poorly shaped and peeling nails. This last time same issue and it got worse! His work is very sloppy, he smells like an ash tray and he is not friendly at all. Most nail techs ask you what shape you want and if the length is okay during the process. This guy did neither so when I told him I wanted them cut down some and skinny square shape he told me “why didn’t you say that”. I said “you didn’t ask” after a few minutes he then said there would be an additional charge. When I questioned why, he said EVERY salon charges to cut. Sir, I’ve been getting my nails done for over two decades, that’s not true. I even came here and had my nails cut down on my first visit and was not charged extra.Aside from that the shape is still awful. I have a few nails that’s practically round, one that’s square and one skinny square (what I asked for)It was all around a poor experience. No one wants to leave a long day at work and get sloppy work with being threatened of extra fees.If you go, wait for/request Kim otherwise please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Gel manicures

Amazing service! The Kim and her employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I've been coming to this shop for years because of their cleanliness & customer service, even when I moved from the area. I would definitely recommend.

Avoid. There are better nail salons in the area. Kim rushed my service even though there was no one else in the salon She skipped some important steps when prepping for my gel manicure. As i told her you're supposed to dry out the nail with acetone then use a nail primer. This will ensure the manicure lasts longer. She did neither. Im not sure my nails will even laat 2 weeks. Overpriced for medicre work.

Kim rushed me even though there were no other customers in the salon. She also did not prep my nail properly before starting the gel manicure so I'm scared that this manicure won't even last 2 weeks.

Kim rushed me even though there were no other customers in the salon. Literally no one else. She also did not prep my nails properly for a gel manicure so I'm not sure if it will even last 2 weeks. As I told her you're supposed to dry the nail out with acetone then use a primer which will make the gel manicure last a long time. She did neither of those things. Yet she had the nerve to overcharge me.
