“After reading reviews from other post office I decided to go here. And it was the best decision. As a first time person doing a new passport Jeff was extremely patient and nice. He the whole process smooth and easy.”

“Received fast, friendly service from Sheila. I did not come in for conventional usps services and was expecting issues, but she was very knowledgeable and I was out within two minutes.”

“The lady was very kind!!! I went early to make a return and everything was very simple, as it was my first time I didn’t even know how all that worked, so I just asked and she was very kind and everything was fast!”
“Ms.Happy and Ms.Andrea are the stars of this branch! Both helped me with my passport service and picture and couldn’t have gone any better. Wish you both happy holidays and hope to see you again!!”
“I just left this post office and wanted to commend the gentleman who’s working there. I didn’t get his name but he was so attentive and helpful and answered all my questions. He took care to be responsive to all customers and none of us had to wait.”
“I’m sitting in my car, still floored by the excellent customer service I just received. I brought in a package by mistake that was supposed to be UPS, leaving my USPS package in the car. Had my hands full with a stroller and the large package. When the young lady behind the counter realized my mistake, she followed me back out to my car and took the correct parcel for me. She told me to have a blessed day and I certainly have thanks to her! Love being able to write a glowing review.”

“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”
“The suite itself could use a facelift/modernization, but the staff's attitude, professionalism & help is absolutely superb! Makes you question the phrase origins of "going postal". The gentleman helping me was well spoken, versed and knowledgeable of the whats and hows and even with what he didn't know off the top of his head, he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to find the answers that I was seeking. And doing it all with smile too. I was genuinely pleased with the service received and would refer this branch to anyone who is in need of post office or staff who will do whatever they can to help you accomplish your mailing needs.”
“I can’t speak for other people, but my first time coming to this Post Office was a very very positive experience. The two workers were very friendly. My experience with most Post Office is that the workers are usually dismissive and or highly negative good experience here and wasn’t crowded.”
“I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.”
“Exceptional Service at This USPS Location!
My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process.
The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We really appreciated his time and care, and I just had to leave a review to recognize his outstanding service!”

“It’s important to know. This location is not for regular customers. There is NO Customer service here. This is not a post office. This is a carriers annex. All they do is deliver mail.”

“Just wish their shipping supply is stocked. Other than that cool post office that was going to get closed down but the neighborhood bond together to keep open. 4 stars because nothing is perfect”
“Marsha is amazing!! Super friendly and efficient. An incredible asset to USPS. I come here frequently around 10-12 most days to drop off items for our business and never have an issue”
“I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.”

“I always have a great time when I go to this USPS. They are always polite and helpful when I have questions. But I was especially thankful to one of the ladies who worked there who helped me with the passport application process, who explained the process and pointed out things that could've become potential issues. I corrected those mistakes, and received my passport renewal within a couple of weeks. I sadly did not catch her name but I am very thankful for her help.”
“I appreciated the nice rep there who informed me that I had used the wrong envelopes for Priority mail (I had prepaid for Priority mail, but had used Express mail envelopes). I am thankful that she pointed that out- saving me time and money. And now I also know the difference and need to pay attention. Thank you!”

“This location is always super helpful and very nice. I see customers just being rude and nasty which solves no problem at all, but they never return that same negative energy. Postal is a very important and serious job. I appreciate them at Loudon Avenue.”
“I walked into the post office here at Dobbin and I was met with three lovely ladies and it was Toni K and Shawnee. Oh my goodness I didn’t know where to go and they said well. “Ladies and gentlemen, fellow citizens,Today, I stand before you to emphasize the **indispensable role** played by our United States Postal Service (USPS). It is more than just a system for delivering mail; it is a vital thread woven into the fabric of our nation.1. **Connecting Communities**:The USPS binds together the scattered populous of our great land. From bustling cities to remote hamlets, it bridges the gaps, ensuring that every address receives correspondence. Our rural communities, often isolated, find solace in the familiar sound of the mail carrier's footsteps. It is the lifeline that connects us all.2. **Public Safety and Resilience**:When disaster strikes, the USPS stands unwavering. It is an **essential support agency** in our National Response Framework. During hurricanes, wildfires, or pandemics, our postal carriers become beacons of hope. They deliver not only letters but also life-saving information, medicine, and aid. Remember Hurricane Maria? Our letter carriers in Puerto Rico provided critical data to FEMA, aiding vulnerable citizens in need¹.3. **Universal Service Obligation**:Unlike private delivery services, the USPS operates under a universal service obligation. It ensures that every American—urban or rural—has access to mail service at a reasonable price. Our postal workers brave all conditions, from scorching summers to icy winters, to bring packages to citizens' front doors. They are the unsung heroes of our daily lives.4. **Public Good, Not Profit**:The USPS is not merely a business; it is an invaluable public good. It does not seek profits but serves the people. It is the third-largest employer in America, hiring nearly 100,000 veterans. Its favorable public opinion surpasses that of any federal agency. Let us recognize its essentialness and protect it as a national treasure. In conclusion, let us celebrate the USPS—the tireless carriers of our stories, the guardians of our connections, and the embodiment of resilience. Let us safeguard this institution, not just for today but for generations to come.Thank you, and may the spirit of service continue to guide our postal workers as they crisscross our great land, delivering hope, love, and democracy itself.God bless America, and God bless the United States Postal Service! ???”
“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”
“The customer service is great ! However the lines are always long . They only have 1-2 people working all the time . My suggestion is that they need more workers”

“I'm amazed at all these negative reviews - this is my preferred post office (Main Street is awful, and Montpellier is always too crowded), never had a bad employee or an issue with service. Wait times are of course long during covid, but I'll still be treated better here than other locations.”
“Dia was a pleasure to me. I went in and had several questions in regards to passports for both me and my daughter and she was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent information and walked me through how the process works. She demonstrated excellent customer service to me as well. Being new to the area this is a major green flag for me. Thank you Dia for your help. :)”
