Paul was a godsend!! My car battery died and I thought I could change it out myself. But once I popped the hood and saw where it was, I quickly changed my mind. I called Paul's Roadside. He can to my house within the hour. He made sure to explain everything step by step. He even took a look at my blinker lights that won't stay on. And he fixed them! Although I am reading about positive reviews regarding tire changes, I called and was rudely told "I don't do any of that" when it comes to any tire repair. The call was very unprofessional and made me feel as if I was bothering the company by asking. I am confused by the reviews of customers who said they had tire assistance.

Mr. Paul came out late last Wednesday (a little after 10pm) to quickly diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start. He gave me a tow and the next day installed a new battery. I highly recommend using his services if you need roadside assistance.

Called Paul around 5 and he was at my truck not an hour later. He diagnosed my problem and installed the new starter for a very very reasonable price! I called Paul's for an emergency black tank problem. It took a day before he called me back. He had to call his other technician and would call me right back. The next afternoon I called him and he said he couldn't help me or recommend someone to help me.

I called Paul after backing my tire into the metal edge of a sewer drain. I had a flat tire in front of my home. I just did not feel like changing the tire. Called Paul and he came quickly. Gave me an excellent price! Thank you for letting me sleep! Highly recommend.
