I ordered online and sent my daughter over to grab it since she lives out that way and was going to visit me in Annapolis. It was only a few hours after ordering and it wasn’t ready, but they went of their way to sort it out so she walked out with the order and didn’t have to make another trip out just for this order. Thank you, I appreciate it and will keep coming back.”

From the owner, to the in house designer, to the delivery people, we have had a great experience furnishing our home with Su Casa’s unique pieces.We had hired someone who claimed to be a designer (our big mistake) who at least had the good taste to lead us to this store. She took no measurements but insisted we buy several oversized pieces. When I called the owner and explained that some items didn’t seem to fit, he sent out Leslie, Su Casa’s designer to solve the problem. Leslie put together a professional portfolio complete with choices of different side tables, rugs etc. to pull the whole look together. She stayed on top of the project and her response to questions was immediate. The delivery people are friendly and professional. Buying furniture from Su Casa was an enjoyable experience.”

“Was a Lil nervous as this location doesn't have good reviews, with that my experience was very different.
First time live unload at 0700. Arrived at 0600 everyone I met was very friendly and willing to help direct me to receiving (was a Lil confusing to find) at 0635 was given a door and unloaded very fast. Docks aren't bad for backing if you set yourself up good. Would definitely come back.”
