Jose Castillo did a fabulous job on our backflow valve installation. He did a neat job and he explained it to me clearly. He was courteous and pleasant. Lastly, he cleaned up the area and replaced the grass chunks he dug out. I couldn't be happier.

The worse experience ever. Destroyed my pool house and refused to reimburse for the repairs. This is after accepting responsibility for the damages. To add insult to injury, they even charged me to fix the problem they caused.They suggested that my pool maintenance company turned on a breaker. I accepted that as a possibility even after talking with the pool company leadership. They said they have no need to enter the mechanical room nor touch any of the breakers. It wasn't until they "winterized" the system again that we realized they didn't know they had to turn off the breaker. It was discovered because I went into the mechanical room before the first freeze to confirm it was off. When I called them back out, the service manager evaluated the system and realized they inadvertently omitted this step.Now the owner [response from owner] wants to chime in after a review is posted. Mind you, I have made several attempts to reach out, left multiple messages with his staff - all with no response. At no point did I tell him I submitted a claim to my insurance company. Nor do I think it should even matter to them. For the record, I did not. I provided them with receipts for all the repairs [at their request] and after calling the service manager several times, I was advised that they aren't going to cover the repairs.What is typical in this situation Mr. Owner, is good business practices. Mistakes can and will happen. Accept responsibility for them and do right by your customers.After reading some of the reviews I can see that's not necessarily always your practice. You have my number, call it. Do right by your customers or continue to lose them.

Well my car just got a bath...on the inside!!! The guys were not looking at the one and only car parked in a space next to their sprinkler they were testing outside my office. I turn to look out my window and water is spraying inside my passenger side window. They were apologetic and unaware they said. One guy ran to shut the water off and I ran to close the window. I wiped it all down with a shirt I had in my back seat. Thankfully it didn't make it to my computer screen but it was close. Not happy at the lack of common sense.

We highly recommend Montgomery Irrigation; always prompt and professional. Today Lusvin replaced multiple sprinkler heads which had been damaged over the winter and resolved an issue (finally) with one trouble spot in particular that caused super saturation of one area of the lawn. Very new to irrigation systems as our house came with one installed. It was broken, but they got the system working quickly after being off for 5 years. Technician is very courteous and it’s been easy to work with the office.If I had one thing I could change, it would be for them to add an online payment portal or allow Apple Pay via Quickbooks. Currently you have to call and give them credit card info over the phone, which I hate to do. Please never stop taking Amex!

The service staff who came out to perform the work were excellent - very fast and efficient. However, the company requires a deposit for work performed but failed to notify me of a 3% service fee for credit card payments (The credit card is pretty much required to book a service date). After the work was performed, I called the company and authorized them to charge the card on file (without knowledge of the 3% service fee). Almost two months later, the company sends an invoice with a late service charge for never receiving payment. Fortunately, they waved the fee for the circumstances but informed me a of the 3% credit card processing fee. If you do business with this company and use a credit card, make sure you confirm payment processes with the office staff. Otherwise, write a check or use another company.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I'm very upset about the service I have received over the last few months. I asked that they disconnect my system so my patio could be expanded, then reconnect it. They did not reconnect it and now they have to put what was once below ground above ground, and now they're trying to upsell me....and what's worse they go weeks and weeks without returning calls.. and the work is still not done. Today I've escalated it all the way to the owner Tim. I'm curious how long it will take for resolution now. I will update accordinglyI see your response but you have not called me. I wish to speak with you. You company never got back to us regarding the plumber and that's what I'm talking about upcharging. You have serviced my sysrem several times and did repairs..never once were we told we were out of compliance....also ...when I asked for a disconnect and reconnect we were not told of an issue ...it was only when we called and your ppl did not come on time to reconnect and asked again that someone came...the only reason he didn't reconnect at that time was because we didn't want it above ground...so he said he would come back..that's when started getting the run around, calls not being returned, and now apparently still waiting on quotes that are not seeming to come.....you have my number I left in the voicemail are you going to call?

We have been customers 8+ years and have never had a problem. They arrive on time, their billing is easy to follow. The service people are polite. We have an old system and I have never felt pressured to buy new equipment (we have updated as needed).

Montgomery Irrigation has provided great service and reliable equipment to our home for over 10 years now. They arrive on time and finished within the estimated work window. They installed our 12 zone underground irrigation system. Good company.

my service was transferred to Montgomery several years ago, and i've yet to evaluate them. Five stars across the board, is what they get from me.My regular tech Eddie is always courteous and up front with any needed repairs and he is always on time or early.Chris is always courteous as well with scheduling and any other issues I may have. You guys are the greatest.
