After suspicious behavior for years, decided to track unsolicited drive-thrus of my townhouse neighborhood. It's February 17th 9:40 a.m. and K&R just made a rapid sweep through the court. No obvious call in. Just fishing for tows. In violation of their stated policy. UPDATE Feb 28, 855pm: made a rapid pass through our court with no indication of slowing to identify any vehicles or parking problems. More Fishing. March 2, 510pm: just made a poaching pass through my court. These folks are downright liars.

I was linked up with this company through Nationwide. My driver, Jessy, arrived within the estimated time frame. He was respectful, professional and very helpful. He managed to place my car where I wanted it, even though it was a difficult fit. He was careful, took his time, and made sure to cause no additional damage. Before leaving he checked to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Terrible, sent a truck to get me out of a ditch. That truck got stuck, they sent a flatbed to save their truck, and left me hahaha worst tow company I ever ran into wish I could give zero stars

Forced to wait for this place through Progressive roadside. Originally quoted 120-150 minutes which already was bad but after 2.5 hours neither Progressive or myself could get a hold of them. Don't recommend at all.

This towing company is by far the absolute worst company ever. They gave me an ETA of 90 minutes but took 2 hours then cancelled. I had a disabled adult with me, had to get him home because he needed his meds and dinner, another staff had to come and get him. The driver was rude because I asked him how much more longer, it said they were arriving for 15 minutes never showed. Just utterly ridiculous. Bad customer service. DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE I GIVE IT A DAM ZERO

this tow company is the worse in the world bad customer service left a disabled adult in the rain and cold for 2 hours then cancelled they need not to be in business. then when you call them they're very rude business needs to shut down

The came as a part of my Triple A service. I thought they were just gonna put my spare on and leave. But my technician not only took my flat tire off but also found the problem and plugged it and put air in it and put it back on. He just fixed everything within 10 minutes. So now I don't have to take time out of my day to get the tire fixes. And the tech was wonderful. I am beyond happy. Use this service you will not be disappointed

Stay away from these assholes. If only I got the name of the guy I was speaking too. We live in a residential area with reserved spots. Came home late tonight, no spots open and our reserved spot was taken. Called the number on the towing sign in our neighborhood and the guy that answered refused to help us. He asked for the name of the property, there is no name, it's a townhouse neighborhood in Columbia. No matter what answer we gave it was wrong. He was very rude to us and refused to be of any help, we had the address, license plate and he did not want to help. Kept hanging up on us and stopped answering. Made an already stressful situation worse. Stay away!!

Totaling your car on a freeway is traumatic enough. Everybody in the process was wonderful from the state trooper and even the driver of the other vehicle. The only party that was difficult to deal with was KNR towing! I realize you have a difficult job sometimes but try to be a little bit more compassionate and work on your customer service. Don’t chastise your customers for needing clarification on when you’re open. Your website says you’re open 24 hours so I made the assumption I could come and take all of the stuff out of my vehicle that I couldn’t take with me yesterday. I’ve been at your tow lot since 6 AM and keep getting pushed back an hour at a time by people on the phone who are extremely short, sarcastic and rude. It cost nothing to be kind. Goggle forces to give a Single Star. This company may deserve More, but your Driver in a Roll Back tag no ending 277 should have his license pulled. He entered rt 100, 6,:15 pm on Tuesday from rt 1 to East bound 100. At a high rate of speed he swooped across two lanes to Cutting around two other drivers, then proceeded to Tail gate every vehicle bullying drivers out of his way. Even went as far putting on his lights to intimidate drivers. I hope there was a good reason for this Extreme Aggressive driving. I never seen for over 40 years of driving this behavior from a commercial driver. And the his business will NEVER be called on for my vehicle need.

Poor and unprofessional service. No wonder they only have 3.6 stars. Hopefully less now. I wouldn’t trust them to tow my bicycle.
