If your pallets contain unsorted items, the in-house lumper service Freight Handlers Inc working at the Giant facility in Jessup will organize everything into separate pallets without any urgency. Moreover, if 20 identical pallets come off the truck, they may falsely claim it was more than 20 and that each pallet was split into additional pallets, leading to fraudulent fees. Distribution centers like this one save million$$ by contracting these poorly managed lumper services who are motivated to deceive and overcharge to compensate for inadequate benefits and low wages. Oh, and if the unmotivated guys(sometimes as many as 5) fail to correctly allocate a single item, that's another 30 minutes of delayed departure for me - yay.

Not a good place for delivery at all, long wait for all the process, took 6 hours for unloading, don’t forget to check papers after delivery, they don’t give me delivered stamped bill of my last pick. I come back for that otherwise I gonna short on delivery and my broker will not pay my load money and my mc goona weak.

Very slow service, check-in at 4:25 for an appointment at 5:00, it's already 8:00 and I'm still here.

Gate attendant was really nice. Soon as I pulled in to park, they called me to back into a door. Unloaded me pretty quick. Very nice people inside.

If your appointment is at 12' O clock in the night, there would be truckers @ Giant dr road from Dorsey run road blocking and effing sleeping,not moving, move past them to the front, they're waiting their appointment. Better entrance is from Guilford to old Dorsey run road, still sleeping truckers on the side, move past them to Giant Dr, turn left and check in.
