Wasn't bad. Appt at 2200 checked in at 1930.Gave me a door at 2015 unloaded at 2115. Paperwork at 2200. Only bad thing is limited parking. And you definitely don't have to park on the street. You can park in the driveway to check in or find a spot in the parking lot

I arrived on time at 7 o’clock and stood there for 2 hours, they didn’t call or give me the door until they unloaded their trucks.

I delivered to this place and it was very good I was in and out with 2 hrs Nick and the new lady their was excellent. Their no overnight parking their anymore, so you park in the middle of the street, check in at the Tablet, when you get their and walk back to your truck, because check in starts at 7pm,but you can line up at 6pm and wait for the window to open. It's a quick place to get unloaded and loaded I'll go back there again.

Not too bad. If only they gave you back your paperwork faster. Got dock right away unloaded in 1 hour and told to get off the dock and wait on the street for a phone call. I had to go and check what was the holdup after 2 hours and the gentleman stamped my bills and gave them to me. ??

A cooler employee came to my truck and told me to move from the dock stating that I was unloaded and pull up to the light. I moved and they hadn't finished. And the shipping clerk came out trying to fight me at 0030 in the morning. They need to have control over their employees before somebody gets hurt and as far as the shipping clerk goes I'd fire him because it happened right in front of a camera between door 119 and 118 and refused to check any cameras and said they didn't work. Avoid this place

As a veteran tractor-trailer driver thus is the #1 worst place to deliver. Let me start by saying how rude the receiving staff are on night shift. Heavy set Caucasian female was very disrespectful to me and raised her voice 4x at me when I simply asked when was I due to back into a door her response was "did we call you? If we didn't call you why are you in here wait in your truck until otherwise" as I responded there is no need for your attitude when I just asked a simple question. Afterwards she continued 3 other times in a smart manner. Also it's an African American woman of whom identify as a male when I first came to check in she snatched my BOL out of my hand and threw them on the table when giving them back. All in all I spent more then 6hrs at this place waiting and getting unloaded. Pass them up not worth it

There are no signs or anything that explain the hours. No restrooms. Big open spots you can duck behind if you are feeling frisky...lol. You can park on the street or in the far driveway...enough room for 4 trucks before they open. They start receiving at 6:30 - 7:00pm. Walk in the office with your paperwork. Fill out the paper they give you and sign in on the tablet. There will be your company's name and your po. Unloading is pretty quick. Like the other reviews say they are closed from around 9:00am Saturday until Sunday night. No signs...they are not 24/7 like google says. So if you get there on Saturday you will sit and wait. TA is not far away but it's paid parking. $25 a night.Good Luck lol

Very strange behavior with truckers. I don’t know why some companies don’t teach there workers how to respect truckers . Why they don’t understand that the job they doing is depend on truckers. I am stupid I ask for a water bottle after seeing there behave. And he said no for water well done .

This place wasn't so bad. Had me in and out within 2 hours. It's a bit of a pain because you gotta park in the turning lane, and walk to receiving. Apparently you can take your 10hr break on the street also.

This place makes you park on the street before checking in, and then after unloading. Even at night.They will refuse to give you your bills until you are off their property. They don't care if drivers get ran over by the speeding cars.They have only 91 days since their last workplace incident as well, so they must not care about their employees either.Refuse loads in or out of here drivers.

On street parking walk bol down to office sign in on tablet and put all info on sign in sheet even tho you put same info on tablet lady in office not really friendly but it’s md what ya expect the whole place smokes dope you can smell it the min you walk on to lot watched people pull up in their cars get high go in come out and get in the delivery trucks so if ya see these trucks on road just know they are high

Not a truckers friendly!Drivers check themselves in at the window using self checkin tablet at the window. No overnight parking nor waiting area. They will tell drivers to leave their premise once checkedin and then will call you when they have a door for you.TA is 1.5 mile away but usually full even day time. I ended up parking at the street somewhere until they called me.

The employer will not tell you the next steps in the hiring process. I am over qualified for the position, but yet I had to chase HR down to find out the next steps. Only to find out that they resent the background check twice because nobody reviewed it. Then no communication for the drug test. I later found it in my spam, when there was no correspondence that I should be receiving anything via email regarding the next step. Just lack of communication and this is a tell tail sign of the work environment I’ve read about. Little do they know I’ve also worked in HR. 4-5 hrs waiting after your scheduled appointment. Once you are docked they are quick to unload. No overnights parking or staging area, good luck.
