Come close to your appointment time. Waited 4 hours till my time was up, unloaded in 15 min. No lumper fee

Wasn't bad. Appt at 2200 checked in at 1930.Gave me a door at 2015 unloaded at 2115. Paperwork at 2200. Only bad thing is limited parking. And you definitely don't have to park on the street. You can park in the driveway to check in or find a spot in the parking lot

I arrived on time at 7 o’clock and stood there for 2 hours, they didn’t call or give me the door until they unloaded their trucks.
