You know I'm not one to bash anyone's business it is what it is. Sometimes you take the good with the bad sort of speaking. My experience was totally bad customer service. I specifically ask for a ECM/PCM computer for a 2000 Honda Accord LX 4dr sedan 3.0 V6 and the mechanic pulled the wrong part. And called and went back to exchange for the correct part. The owner manager whom ever he was flat out refused to take it back and give me the correct part. I never asked for refund just wanted the correct part. He was rude and nasty at some point. He had the nerve to hang up on me. That's no way to treat your customers. If you wrong you wrong confess and do right by your customers. So don't purchase anything from rude and unprofessional business like that. I'm done

Crooks, bought window regulator that was defective. Called them imminently to return, I was told that the person who took my order is not there and that they will call me back. The same happened 3 times and I opened a dispute with my credit card. I understand that used parts are exactly that, “used parts “, however they come with a limited warranty and a reputable seller will take care of a paying customer when the part is defective. Unfortunately Euro Parts Jesusa are not . Will not recommend it to anyone.In a situation like that everybody is losing $$$, I ended paying twice for labor, I shouldn’t pay twice for part as well.

Great yard to work with, got a sonata mirror and it was a the wrong one, took it back. They traded me the right mirror no problems. Both people that work at Euro Part seem very knowledgeable with the parts.. A+

Not only are the employees rude, but management is just as bad. The man tried to argue and talk down to me telling me what I need to understand. What You need to understand is better customer service. Do not waste your time here

I order one transmission for Bmw 535i 2012 after install the transmission was bad I call for the replacement and they refuseThey told me I need put my original valve body on itDon’t make senseThey have one “guy he knows everything about transmissions”I know now that guy don’t know nothing because he said nobody can reprogram another valve body that is ridiculous because in my shop we make that for long time even if you don’t know you can find that service posted on eBayFinally I order another one from Lkq we install reprogram the data and done car was running smoothFinally I figure out this company just like take the money and 0 customer service I have my mechanic shop in SterlingNow if they try to say like another’s company’s I’m not his customer Igor they never sold me nothing I’ll drop the invoice here
