“Came to this company to get a hard drive upgrade. I had Kenny as a point of contact and he was great. Very friendly, very informative and he even came out of his office to look at some pictures of products I took on my phone to help me decide on what to purchase. “Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

“My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”

“I have worked with these guys on a few different occasions. My phone is a complete pain in the neck. It breaks easily and not very many people are willing to work on it. They give a fair price and honest feedback. I Rely heavily on my phone work. My phone was not ready until after they closed. One of the workers drove the phone to my home after hours to ensure I did not miss work related calls. I am very picky and a very difficult customer to work with. I was highly emotional. They remained calm and guided me through a difficult situation with my phone. I appreciate them very much.”
