“This is the only dollar tree I’ll shop at in the area. It’s a bit far from my home, but compared to the one in Columbia this one is so much nicer. The store is pretty well organized and clean and there aren’t any drug deals going on in the parking lot, so that’s a plus. It’s also a larger store so they have more things than the smaller locations. It’s usually pretty busy every time I go, so be prepared to wait in line for a while.”
“Went there for starburst and neck fans. Took a couple tries to find someone who knew where the neck fans were located. They have about 10 different kinds of Starbursts! Lots of fun and weird candy if you're into it.”

“I had never been to the Arundel Mills location. The store is huge! There is a lot of free parking and the parking lot was pretty busy but the store did not seem busy inside. There were lots of open registers, both self-service and manned. If it were close to me I would go to that one all the time!”

“Mrs Donnelyn was extremely helpful and polite from the moment I walked into the store until I made my purchases . I was just browsing at first. But I ended up going back not only once but twice in the same week she did ask me to take the survey With a chance to win a sweepstakes, but it ended on June 22 and I was in the store July 31. So I was not able to enter my responses but they would’ve been positive as she is a genuine person and has great Customer service skills . I’ll be back that’s for sure. “Very big store filled with lots of mediocre quality things. Some good buys, but a lot of the clothing was very poor quality. A good place for toys, household things, gifts type stuff. Be prepared to spend time, as the selection is hit or miss.”
“When I was in this store it hit me-- this store is still laid out in the OLD Design from decades ago! Which brought me great nostaglia! :) 4 starts only because the old layout does bring smaller & tight aisles, which makes things seem like they're right ontop of each other and somewhat messy. Other than that, great store! I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The man at the register was super nice!”
“I visited tire center today for tire replacement and I was already frustrated with Costco Columbia tire center and their rude staffs behavior.A guy name Forrest approached me and took care of my tire installation very kindly.I explained why I picked up my tire from Columbia costco to be installed at their store he listened to my concerns and he says sorry for something he was not responsible for saying to me and given me excellent customer service I highly recommend this tire center and please don't waste your precious time at Columbia costco tire center.Thanks Forrest and Arundale mills Costco tire center I appreciate your services.”

“Yesterday, my grandpa lost his reading glasses, and I embarked on a mission to find a replacement. After visiting a few stores, I decided to give Dollar Tree a try. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. My search for suitable reading glasses ended when I stumbled upon Dollar Tree's selection. I found reading glasses with a strength of 3.25%, the strongest I had seen all day. The quality seemed decent, and at such an affordable price, it was an excellent find.Dollar Tree was remarkably clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive shopping atmosphere.”
“This is the most organized and well laid out dollar tree that I have ever been to! You forget that you're even in a discount store as you stroll through the aisles. And then an even bigger treat was the new self checkout machines at the front. Very classy Crofton Dollar Tree!!! I will certainly be back. The shelves were stocked well and so clean .”

“Service: the young lady that waited on me was polite. Her children were calling on her phone but it didn't bother me. Selection: they have a good selection of items that you may not want to pay alot for. This store seems to always be cluttered with carts of stock items near the front Value: I usually get my paper products here. Paper towels, napkins and bathroom tissue is a great value. Why pay alot for things you're throwing in the trash Laundry detergent and other name brand household items are a great value at family dollar. - they use brown paper bags with no handles here. Bring your own shopping bags because you can't take the shopping carts out to your car.”

“Not every store that has the name "Dollar" in front of it is a S1 store. the Dollar Tree stores are always $1 or less. Some things maybe a little higher. However, stores like Dollar General, Dollar Shop, etc yes the names are deceiving, but nothing is $1. I go to this store when I need certain things, if I can't find an item and ask the owners or cashier they're often helpful.”
“My mother and I went there on a Friday night before Christmas and it was very busy. That said, we knew what we were looking for while we were there, and I was even tempted by a few extra holiday items while moving - they have some very adorable holiday miniatures, and these could go a long way with the right resources and minor tweaking! They had three registers open, all moving as quickly as they could, but the lines still went about halfway down the nearest aisle. I have never seen more than 2 registers open at a Dollar Tree, so you could tell they were really trying their hardest to keep it graceful. I did hear one person joke about the prices - I guess the standard is $1.25, now? This doesn't bother me, as it's still cheaper than what you'd get at most stores, and the office & stationery selection isn't bad (I almost always grab a notebook or notepad while I'm in there - you can never have too many!). I can't recall our cashier's name, but they were very helpful with our checkout - even finding a second to make a suggestion to us without losing an ounce of speed during the checkout. These employees deserve a raise, if not at least a holiday bonus. I wish them the best during this economy.”
