I had DESIGNER DELIVERY AND STORAGE ( THE NEW OWNER BUSINESS) pick up furniture from one location and move it to my new location back in August of this year. I must say the two gentlemen who showed up was super helpful, very attentive , respectful and went out of there way to make the move seemless for me. All I had to do is tell them one time what I wanted and they got it done in a jiffy. I didn't have yo stand around and watch them because they made me feel comfortable with there knowledge of how to move, handle and pack the furniture. Some which were family heirlooms. I also like to point out that I called around to shop the cost of this move with other company's in the area and DDS (DESIGNER DELIVERY AND STORAGE ) was the most reasonable out of all of them. At the end of the day my experience was top notch and a great experience . Thank you DDS for making this move the easiest one yet.. I will definitely use you again in the future.

I found this company and it's owner to be very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and willing to help! The workers were more than pleasant, respectful and careful. I would definitely use this company again in the future!!! It was a pleasure doing business with them!!

The NEW management (woman run) is amazing. The toughest part of operating a furniture store is delivering excellent service in that final mile to a client's home. Our business took off when we let Designer Delivery Service handle our white glove deliveries. Their modern approach integrates high tech scheduling with responsive friendly customer support. Big white truck with two guys speeding down family busy street this morning in Ashburn. Very careless and disrespectful. The men hopped out of the truck and started yelling at the top of their lungs. Never used this company but now I never will.

Not sure why I have to select even one star for this place - it doesn't deserve it. The service went down hill fast - all these folks want is money. The customer service is horrendous and the quality of work is below par. They will hound you for money before the delivery is even finished, (probably because they know it's going to be a bad experience and want to get paid before you have a second to complain over it.) Furniture is assembled incorrectly, items are damaged upon delivery, the delivery guys can barely handle heavy items and complain the entire time they are working, the in-house staff are awful to speak with and the owner is just plain rude.

WARNING...So if you're a truck driver trying to deliver to this place you better be careful ....one way in , one way out and everybody parks in the center of the parking lot.... just looking for that insurance money.... so if you're delivering you best not even drive to the back of this place unless you check first otherwise you're going to wipe out a whole bunch of s***

This is THE RUDEST DELIVERY COMPANY I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE ENCOUNTERED. The office manager needs to be replaced immediately. She has ZERO customer service skills and even went as far as hanging up on me multiple times. She was of no assistance. The items were brung in without boxes and with multiple damages. This is far from a “professional white glove” delivery company.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I wish I can give them 0 star. The employees are unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. The office manager needs to be removed she has no customer service skills. My furniture was scheduled and confirmed to be delivered, no one showed up and they didn’t even call me to inform me of the change. When I called the office to express my frustration, the lady was rude and nasty on the phone. It’s like they are doing me a favor. I advised everyone to NEVER EVER AND EVER use this company for anything!

In the last year, this company has had absolutely no redeeming value. The staff is rude, the crews are either too early, too late or never arrive at all. The verbiage on their documents is inaccurate. I don't know what type of improvement they were going for, but it has backfired. Prior to instating new policies within the last year or two, this was one of the top three companies of any kind that I had encountered and earned a 5 star rating. Now they get one star : (.
