You need a heavy weigh ticket before coming here, and an empty both from the TA in Jessup, MD.WHEN they empty you, they'll tell you to go to the TA for an empty weight, and then you return. After all that then they give your BOL.Don't pull in, park on the street and walk to receiving.

A motorcycle has stand but this wear house has not. I my broker said go their they will unload you appointment time not set at one moment i can trust on dog but never on broker they are brandambesdor of lie , i call to the wear house for confirming weather they will take load early or what time because no appointment time in load confirmation they said come as early you can between 4pm to 1 am midnight i was there 1 day early in faith of there words now its just 13 hours sitting on street for get unloading. *** my advice dont come early or on time they are totally unfaithful***

Worse place to get unloaded!Im here since 10 am has an appointment for 10 am and now it’s 7 pm not even on the door yet!3 hours ago I went inside and asked what’s going on then they said you are next!AVOID IF YOU CAN

Appointment was @8 check in @7:45 gave me door right away.. really tight dock plz take your time to back in. You have to find spot in street to park for check in. They really need to make parking for their employees. All car are in the street.They take me well, was out by 8:30am .FYI- For melon they need scale receipt.

Zero star if possible. Waiting time was 18 hours just to get dock. Staff is rude. Parking only in streets docks are super tight. Never come again

I come over there 8:36 and check in also and theses guys give me dock after 18hr my first very bad experience in my life don’t come again very rude staff play with drivers

Even though I had a Full and Empty scael receipt, they told me to buy it again from Truck stop. They did not accept the scael receipt in Arizona. There are no truck parking areas. no street parking space truck stop full I don't plan on coming here again for the rest of my life

Very poor management, trying to stay away from this warehouse, stuck here for four days until they cleared for delivery, very Lucky that TA is nearby ,no restroom!you can park on the street but for restroom you should go to TA! Scale before and after for watermelon is only acceptable from MD or TA . don’t scale in other city or state
