I agree with the review from Blair Monroe. I had the same experience with this store, no doubt, probably the same guy. It's evident that after my experience more than 4 years ago, nothing has changed. Black Americans are not welcomed or wanted at this store. While discrimination is wrong in any form, it's extremely sad and pathetic when one minority group discrimates against another minority group. After reading this review, it is clear that if you are a Black American, your business is NOT wanted here. Keep your dignity and stay away.

I drove over at 4:30 in the afternoon from Columbia Maryland and a sign on the door says "lunch time back in 45 minutes"- but no further notice as to when they left!

If I could rate less stars, I would. The very chubby male working the counter this past Saturday afternoon was extremely curt and discourteous. If customer service was written into his original job description, then he failed miserably.

If you go to this store and meet Donny, you know you're in good hands. He was so kind and patient with me even after my debit card was giving me problems and I had to call my bank. He's truly a ray of sunshine and deserves a raise. If I could give me more stars, I would.

I went to this location yesterday looking to purchase an I phone 14 and was told to go to apple. I asked for the 13 and was told they are out of stock. I asked for the 11 and was told it would be any where from an extra 150 to 250 bucks along with an activation fee.I tell him I’ve been with this carrier for over ten years. Why would I have an activation fee. He said well that is for me an the owners to split. Another (WW) customer walked in while I was being waited on and he just went to the next customer with out even showing me a phone. When o interrupted and asked if I could see a phone he told me they don’t bring them up front because he doesn’t want them to be stolen. I left there with no idea of phone pricing. Did not feel like a valued customer. I damn near felt discriminated against.

I had a HORRIBLE phone experience with Cricket customer service. The gentleman said he was filling in, but his customer care was on point! I didn't get everything I asked for, but he met me halfway and treated me with kindness and respect.

If customer service was written into his original job description, then he failed miserably. My husband I came in for a new device and he treated us as if we were infringing on HIS time. His pissy attitude was uncalled for and unacceptable. I do hope that Cricket hires better staff in the future, as my husband and I use this company to conduct our own businesses.

The location is great. There are many shops and plenty of parking right in front of Cricket wireless shop. I was greeted warmly and the attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also wanted to upgrade my services to unlimited plan which he did without problem. If you want a great phone and wireless service go here.
