This rental was no good from the start. I should have paid attention to all the red flags that I got . So it all started when I went there and when I was about to get the rental the owner who wasn't even there he was doing everything over the phone was Asking if I was OK with the rental and had I seen it. And the guy told him I Had Which Was A Lie. So I asked him was the inside of it OK he was like yes nice as clean and everything. so I took his word for it and once I got in the Rental the review mirror was broken, It Had No Gas At All( He Told Me I Would Need To Go Tight To The Gas Station)and the car was dirty on the inside but it was already late I already paid and I needed to get on the road. So once I got on the road and I'm about 4 hours into My Roadtrip(He Said Unlimited Miles) the car starts to shake and it starts like pulling in all types of stuff and squeaking. When I contacted them to talk about to let them know that the rental was kind of messed up he told me oh bring it out to the Laurel location when I brought it from the Glen Burnie location and I told him I'm already out of State so I can't there's nothing I can do right now so he left me on read. so I finished out my trip because mind you're already out of state when I found out the Rental was junkie. So once I started driving back in the rental I knew something was gonna happen I mean cause it was already a junkie Rental so once I came back on my way back I was about 2 hours back and it completely broke down and took to this day I still haven't heard from them(This Was Just This Past Week) I had to leave the rental at a tow place and get a ride back home . So if you plan on getting a rental from this place just make sure you fully test drive it and all before you even take it because they obviously are running A janky Business if they haven't Even Contacted Me. And They Aren't Trying To Refund Or Return My Deposit

Horrible rental company. Their cars are old and the owner is very rude. Don’t ever use this company. I’m speaking from experience.

Unprofessional staff members they never answer the phone they cut the car off on me when they thought I missed a payment but in fact I didn’t once they checked their record and them cars weak as hell lol

this place is very bad. First the never ending ber, ever answer the phones. Second, they give you a dirty car and expect you to bring in back clean. And the staff?? Lol. Go and see for yourself

Very nice Owner and company!!! Huge blessing to rent a car from this place. They let me use car over 2 months and unlimited miles when companies denied me. Also very low weekly rates as well. If you need a cheap used car rental please use this place. Let me use until I purchased car of my own! 5 stars all day!

I thought I was the only one complaining how rude the lady that works in the office. She lied by telling me she opens on Sat, I called she didn't even state the name of the company, and she keep hanging the phone up (4 other people said the same thing) when I nicely asked are they opened. She has these long fingernails (don't see how she does any work with them) and she pours a bottle of perfume on when you first walk in the front office door the smell hits you in the face. The car was a piece of crape and very unsafe to drive. The ad shows a brand-new Mercedes -Benz which is false advertisement, all their cars are junk calls (read other comments).

This is the worst place ever you can call a million times no one ever answer the phone I stopped by the dealership 3 or 4 times no one's ever there but the car washer guy and once I finally got on the phone with someone he was rude and hung the phone up on me do not waste your time money and energy dealing with this piece of s*** place

Duquann Blount ZERO stars is my review they knowingly sell unsuspecting people like myself lemons calling them cars at inflated prices a thousand dollars over market value. The vehicle couldn't go 3 weeks into the 30 day warranty without the check engine light coming on. The rude "woman" at the desk called the police on me when i demanded to speak to the owner whom suddenly is on "vacation" now that I want my money back. I did a backround check unfortunately too late and discovered just how crooked and shady Antonio Keith Willabus born 9-16-1963 truly is . I will be suing for my full refund,court costs, lawyers fees etc. I urge everyone research your car dealer prior purchase.
