“I recently took my 2023 Chevy Tahoe High Country to Rise and Shine Detailing in Crofton, and I am absolutely blown away by the results! My Tahoe's paint had quite a few imperfections, but after their extensive multi-step paint correction, every flaw was meticulously addressed. The paint is now flawless and has a deep, glass-like reflection that looks incredible from every angle. No more swirls or hard water marks. On top of that, they applied a high-quality ceramic coating to the entire vehicle, including the wheels. “I recently got some interior detailing & a car wash done at Shine My Ride and am 100% satisfied with the service I received! Booking an appt online was smooth and painless- I was able to find an appt date/time quickly on my preferred date. A deposit was required at time of booking. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Damon who has THE BEST customer service skills- very friendly, thorough and helpful. Damon did an inspection of my vehicle with me and explained pricing and options for my vehicle's needs. I was given a total cost prior to committing to the service, which I felt was a fair price for what I was getting. I chose to drop my car off for a later pickup and was told it would be ready in about 4hrs but my vehicle was actually ready a bit sooner than that. The crew did an amazing job cleaning my car, getting rid of all evidence of the matted dog fur that was building in the carpets. Everything was spotless- inside and out. I was given instructions for when to place the floor mats back down to ensure everything was properly dried first. My car looks just as good as the day I drove it off the car lot brand new. Shine My Ride definitely has my recommendation for detailing in the area!”

“First timer! Stopped in & was greeted by Melissa! She is a gem! Customer service was excellent from the time she greeted me and took my payment. She explained how it worked as far as the vacuums (because I thought they did it) lol. But definitely will be my go to car wash from now on. Prices are reasonable (I got the $23 which gives you everything) let’s talk about the softness of the rags in the car wash, I feel like other car washes beat my car up, nope ! Not here. Soft rags!!!!S/o to the young guy (did not get his name) who helped me wipe my car. Was not expecting that as I didn’t see any one that works there wiping down cars at first. I gave him a tip, because why not!??I’ll be back!!!!”

Kind Spanish-speaking workers clarified price and services included. I'm normally picky, but they met my expectations! While the car got washed, we sat in the lobby of the hotel next door. Used Zelle as payment. Highly recommend if you're in the area”

“Actually went to their dog wash which is great. Large, private room with elevated wash station. There are steps if you have a large pet and they can walk into the wash area. The spray nozzle is a gentle spray. The flow of water stops when you let go of the button. There is a hose dryer with 2 speed settings. The wash area is large. I could wash both of my dogs in there and have plenty of room. There is a big selection of products for their bath. They are in a car wash style selection center. I did the regular shampoo, the oatmeal, and conditioner. My girl dog smells so good now. The dryer was a bit much for her but it did have a strong airflow. I also used the perfume sprayer and it was a barely There fragrance which is wonderful. This was my 1st experience at this dog wash. I will be back! $15 for 15 minutes. Next time I'm bringing both dogs. I can do them both in the 15 min time allotment.”

With my membership, I have unlimited visits. If I wanted to come every day, I could. For a monthly membership of $39.99, you have unlimited access. Free vacuuming. A mat cleaner. Free towels to use while you're cleaning your car. For that price, it's so worth it. I couldn't think of a better treatment for my car. Everything is very organized and put together. “I have used a lot of different car washes over the years and I have to say this is by far my favorite. It's clean, convenient, priced right and the equipment is always working. The staff is friendly and professional and I also find it easy to get in and out of the facility itself and most importantly, it does a great job at cleaning my vehicle. The do-it-yourself spots where you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle are always well maintained and clean. Definitely my favorite car wash! It's because they give you a great value for your money, they give you actual high pressure hand wands with a solid not floppy wand, the soapy water is actually hot, and the terminals accept cards at pre-determined costs so there are no surprises. Highly recommend if you are passing through the area.”

“I always have a great experience here. It's been several years since I've encountered a car wash with dedicated staff to wipe down the car. This wash has someone prespray your car before going in the wash, and then someone else who does a full car wipe down when you exit. You also get a free token for vacuum. Prices are cheap and the staff are polite and professional. Keep a look out for the "weather station" as you exit the wash, it'll give you a good laugh, but it's never been wrong. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Will did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring my Tacoma. I've had the vehicle for three years and had never got it detailed or washed outside of the occasional automatic car wash. I shopped around a LOT when deciding on a detailer and am glad I went with Voxel. My truck is cleaner than it was when I bought it new and the paint is smooth as glass. Will was able to get several scratches out for me (this truck sees constant lumber pick ups and dumb runs) that I was unable to remove previously. I'll be coming back soon for my wife's vehicle and will be back again for mine as well!”
