Got to be the most worst remote bank available, ATM no cash both machines, had to go to royal farms ATM and got charged a fee. Fix this or close this location because I am already shopping for a new bank.

I love BOA, but I hate this location. Staff has no energy. Building is old. Place not trendy. Columbia and Hanover location is much better. I only come here if I have no choice.

As other reviewers have noted, the wait times are way too long. I was there today, with 4 people ahead of me. The AC was not working in the lobby on a day when outside temperatures are close to 90 and they wouldn't open the doors for security reasons. I get it, it happens, but open the doors as people may actually get a heat stroke waiting in a 30-minute line. It must have been 110+ degrees inside with all the outside windows. The wait was 20+ minutes of sweaty mess with only 2 tellers, one of which was taking primarily business customers with each customer taking way too long. There were at least 3 other employees in the general customer service area but none of them were sent to open another teller line, even though the customer line got to about 8 people at some point. I have had to wait in similar lines at least two other times at this location. I am seriously considering switching to another bank for these reasons alone even though I've been a B of A customer for 10+ years and location is convenient.

Avoid this location and stick with the Columbia location down the street. Customer service is horrible and there are never enough tellers. In addition, the tellers take way too long to complete each transaction. My fiancé and I were the third customers in line and waited for 30 minutes before it was our turn.

Easy access. Guard on duty during Reg business hours, nice touch.

Lines out the the door no matter what time or day. Plenty of employees but only 2 tellers and they won't open the drive thru. The last time I was there, I stood in line for 40 minutes before I walked out because I wasn't being serviced. Note: I was 4th in line. It never moved past the first 2 customers and the bank wouldn't add a 3rd teller even when the line reached 12+ Horrible bank.

Avoid this location on payday. Not sure what it is like Monday-Thursday, but Friday is an unnecessary experience. This isn't completely based off the staff - they are all actually very friendly. The problem is that they only have like two tellers helping customers while everybody else is standing in the background or chilling at their desk. Meanwhile the line gets longer and longer and patience grows thinner and thinner. I'm honestly not a patient person to begin with so every time I am standing in that long line and I hear one of the tellers having personal conversations, its possible that I begin to twitch. Seriously woman, all of these people are trying to handle their business and be on their way. If you wanna ask him what his weekend plans are then Facebook him and keep it moving! Then they don't even have the drive-thru tellers open so they force you to come inside. I'm done with this location. Only come here if you desire to feel your life slip away.
