“This was a wonderful apartment and the best community I had ever been a part of. It had a fantastic family atmosphere, and was wonderfully maintained. Any issues were resolved by maintenance promptly and hassle-free. The on-site team was excellent, the amenities (gym, pool, grills, etc.) were top-notch, and the parking garage was a great bonus. No other apartment I have ever lived in held a candle to The Vine. No, this isn't a fake review, I loved this place and it "wow'd" every visitor we ever had visit us.
I lived there for two years and had to move away for family reasons. Even with a wonderful new house, I still find myself longing for The Vine because it was THAT exceptional. It truly lived up to its reputation as a luxury apartment—don’t hesitate to move there!”

“Great place in Piney Orchard. The Community Center is a great place inside as well as around the center with the lake and walking trail. Nice little gym with updated equipment, a space you can rent for parties and places you can just relax inside. There is an indoor pool, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. ?♀️ One of the perks of living in Piney Orchard in Odenton.”
“Serenity Place at Dorsey Ridge Apartments the front office workers are very well manner, I have visited the offices about little things and trust me the maintenance people also take care of business. The apartments and the people that lives here are amazing it’s not 1 bad thing that I can say, so as a business owner, I rate the Serenity Place at Dorsey Ridge Apartments (100) the team is always on they a game I definitely love it”
“Today my daughter, her cousin and I went to check out these apartments. This review pertains to the first contact and tour. Markelis Escoto, is one of the Leasing Professionals and she is great. She was personable, knowledgeable, patient and persuasive. We came in prepared to look at many other places today but got sold on this property. Markelis is an asset to this property and management company. If you are interested in leasing here, definitely speak with Markelis.

“Spent 2.5 years living here. Had to break lease suddenly due to issues w/ roommate and it was a very smooth process. Maintenance was fast and apartments were very nice for the price. Security deposit was returned w/ interest and minimal repair costs.
Apartment building was not perfect by any means (biggest problem was mice, apartment was making active efforts to address this) but staff is very professional and price was hard to beat. Great establishment.”

“I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, management was a big problem when I first moved in. HOWEVER, with our new managers that started a few months ago, I’ve felt a positive energy shift. I can tell that they are working hard to make Clary’s feel more connected. The location is beautiful and with the right management, Clary’s will continue to blossom into a wonderful environment. “I placed an emergency call because my Refrigerator stopped working with a freezer full of food Mel arrived within 5 mins of me placing the call and determined the appliance indeed had stopped. He offered to replace it right then but I declined stating I had company arriving soon and it would be a mess so instead he said that will surely give him enough time to locate a new one and deliver it first thing Monday Morning. At 9 am the next day he was back and removed the old 1 and gave me a new appliance. I didn’t lose any of my food in these trying days it’s something none of us can afford to do. I would like to thank him and give him 10 stars for his professionalism and promptness my experience in one word was excellent……..Sincerely John Rhymes”
“I cant begin to tell you how wonderful this complex is . From the moment you walk in to the leasing office there is such a warm friendly atmosphere. Thankyou Karen and WillaMae!!Moving in was flawless. A couple of minor fixits and the amazing maintenance staff was right on it!!This is my home and will be for a long time!! The grounds are kept impeccably. The washer and dryer’s are spotless downstairs to do your wash. The pool is maintained beautifully. It’s so peaceful and quiet and just wonderful people live here. The apartments are like homes!!!!Thankyou to this Carlyle team for your Professional, and yet Kind service. I think I’m gonna be here for a long long time.!! Karen”

“I would have given them five out of five stars but when we first moved in there was some ghetto activities happening in our building that were highly dangerous. They literally did nothing. Then the crazy girl that lived here threatened to stab someone or pulled a knife or something. police came and kicked in her moms door. Management kicked her and her mom out. Peaceful ever since. My apartment building is always clean, they send a cleaning service weekly to do the inside of the building and outside. My apartment was completely renovated with marble countertops and modern washed wood cabinetry. New carpets and everything without requesting. Not one sign of pest of any kind. only thing that sucks is that the apartments on the basement level in the front are the only ones without patios or balconies. Push for a third level apartment. The ceilings are high and beautiful.”
